Beautiful and cozy

We always love staying at Riverside in telluride and this property was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and provided plenty of room for the three of us. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great spot in Telluride

The condo was very clean and easy to get to the main street in town for dinner and the gondola for skiing. Great location for a fun family ski vacation. Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

Quiet and convenient

Great location for a place to stay. We were able to get to the gondola and do some shopping all within walking distance. Place was just like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family spends time in Telluride every summer. Our favorite place to stay is Riverside Condos, right in the San Miguel river. Unit C102 was excellent! Had everything we needed to cook meals, great view, responsive property management. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect Ski Condo

We had a fabulous stay. The condo is spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 5. Great location...we were able to ski down to the gondola on the snowy path. Walkable to everything! Pretty views from the windows. We would love to book again!

So glad to have a parking space in Telluride! Condo is clean & comfy. Great location, walking distance to everything around town. Couldn’t see the river from the condo. Perfect space for two couples.

Amazing place, great location

Spacious condo in a fantastic location- close to gondola, breweries, park with sledding, ice skating, Nordic skiing- all within a 5 minute walk. Condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. Everything was convenient and easy. Would highly recommend

Perfect ski holiday

My collleague and I stayed 13 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly clean and comfortable with heating control in every room. Communication with the property manager was almost immediate and any issues resolved easily. You can ski out and back in (if you locate the Bear Trail off Telluride Trail - take it slow!) which made the Accom ideally located just 5 min walk into town and super quiet. Would highly recommend.

Nice place, great location

Really nice property with great views and easy walking access to downtown. Our only complaint is with the TV. The only thing that was available was Roku, so could not watch any sports or anything like that. A place that nice , at that price, should provide a full channel lineup.

Nice condo with a great location!

The condo fit our family of 5 with one sleeping on the couch beacuse the pull out wasn’t that comfortable. It was clean and well equipped. The best part was the location. It was about a 5 minute walk to gondola and all restaurants in town which was awesome. The management company was very responsive to any requests and questions. They always responded in a timely manner. The hot tub in the complex wasn’t very hot which was a bit of a bummer. Would have loved to used that after a long day of skiing but not a deal breaker. Overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent Location

We rented this condo for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and the location was excellent. It's right on the path that leads to the venue and super close to shops and restaurants. The remote for the fireplace did not work but, they sent someone to fix it right away. It was nice to have laundry and a kitchen. I do wish the TV situation was better is just ROKU so near real current live TV. The photos are accurate. We would rent it again.

Telluride wedding

The condo was great. The parking was very frustrating the first couple of days We had two vehicles and only parking pass for one. At the end of the second day I called the office and asked about parking again and the office manager gave us a second pass since the condos were not very full. We were very happy about that since we had spent $25 the night before on parking :(. The condo was in a great part of telluride. We were able to walk to several restaurants but still feel very secluded

Spectacular Riverside Location

We loved being by the San Miguel River tucked just inside the tree line at the mountain base within a short walk to the ski lifts, the free gondola to Mountain View, and the Historic side of downtown Telluride. In the morning we enjoyed the view watching the snow and people walk their dogs along the river right outside our window. They all were so happy to play in the snow. The fireplace is warm and cozy, and we found all the TV shows we like to watch with the included Roku. The lockers for your ski’s are just outside the front door, and the entrance has a built in bench to store your boots and a shelf for hats and helmets with pegs to hang your jackets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The beds are all comfy, and the rooms stay warm. There is a walking path along the river to the Nordic Center with the most beautiful views of the mountains that goes through a beaver preserve and it’s absolutely gorgeous! We just loved our Riverside retreat and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely condo and perfect location

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Check-in was quick and easy, getting to the condo and parking a breeze. We just had a set of stairs to lug our belongings down which did not cause any difficulties. Pros: - location -- close to Main Street, restaurants, gondola and the river trail (which was our favorite) and literally at the trailhead for Bear Creek trail. It was a short but beautiful walk to Town Park. - condo was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our family of 5 - washer & dryer and amenities - balcony seating - very welcoming management Cons: - the balcony railing was too far apart and a hazard for young children falling through. We had three young kids (all 3 could fit their heads through the rails) and it was stressful keeping the smallest safe - he could have easily slipped through and there was a large rock one level below he could have fallen on. - the immediate view is of a small pond that sits next to the river trail before the river. It looked like a mosquito breeding ground. Was not the prettiest pond but the trees and sound of the river were nice. - bring your own salt and pepper etc. We were surprised that there were no cooking basics. Overall a good place for the price and location but may not stay again due to the railing hazard.

Thank you for the very nice review of Riverside Condos #C102. This is a great location with nice access to hiking and restaurants. We also appreciate the feedback regarding our guest services team. We will speak with the HOA about redesigning the balcony railings since those decks are the original design. We greatly appreciate the feedback and want to negate any potential hazards with the property, especially to children. Next time give us a call and we can find a temporary solution to install netting around the railing. Again thank you for taking the time to respond and we hope to see you again, especially if we can remedy the balconies.

Great location. We never had to use our vehicle to get around. Nice balcony to relax on as well. Kitchen stocked with basic pots, pans, dishware, etc. Basic drip coffee with a few packs of coffee to brew. Beds were comfortable. There were two sets of steps to get down to condo entry (about 9 steps) that were easy to navigate. Very good communication with Avantstay.

Practically Ski In/Ski Out

Excellent service, very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults (two in each room) - could likely fit more. With good snow, you can ski practically from the condo (down the river path) to the Oak St. Lift, and there is a cat track off of Telluride Trail (ski run) that ends back at the street twenty steps from the front door. We had some issues with the fireplace and WiFi upon arrival, but Alpine Lodging was very responsive and fixed both within minutes to hours. Highly recommend as a ski stay for 4-6 people.

Location Location Location

The condo was great! We enjoyed Telluride so much. It's location makes it easy to get to many attractions. We highly recommend it. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials, even laundry soap. It was a nice touch. All the beds were comfy. The only con for us was the leather sofa in the living. It wasn't very comfortable. It's not a deal breaker because we spent most of our time outdoors. However, we found ourselves fighting (friendly) Lol over the little sofa because ithat one was comfortable. The check in/out process was very easy and stress free. Go ahead and reserve this great place, you won't regret it. We can't wait for our next trip to Telluride.
