We stayed here with our two boys (3 years and 10 months) and couldn't have asked for a better setup. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome bag was a really nice touch. The place was spotless and genuinely had everything we needed - pack and play, fans, lawn chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The porch was great to sit on in the morning and evening. Location is honestly the best in Telluride - steps from the Bear Creek Falls trailhead and an easy walk to the gondola.We'll absolutely be staying here again next year!

Great stay in a perfect location

Perfect place for a family vacation. Clean and very comfortable. Great location close to everything. Highly recommend.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place deserves some praise. Terrific location, walking distance to everything and very close to being a ski in/out because of its proximity to the river walking trail. Nice clean hot tub. All amenities that a place like this should have. Perfect.

Awesome location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 & we would highly recommend staying here. It is in a great location & semi private next to the mountain. But still close enough to the town & Main Street to walk around & conveniently close to the gondola for easy ski access to the mountain. We will definitely be staying here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property was perfect for our young family of four to use for a week of skiing. It was clean, well, kept, and reasonably updated. It is in easy walking distance to the gondola (even wearing ski boots) and downtown. The property manager was very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location

This is a great condo. The location was perfect, close to town and easy to get to the lift. Usually skied half way to the gondola and walked the final 100 feet or so. Quiet. Well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Family Ski Trip

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect - you can walk to the gondola, restaurants, market, shops, etc all in just a few minutes. We did not need to use our car the whole visit. Very convenient for a ski trip. The property itself was also great! Very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the cozy fireplace and beautiful views from the main living area. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Telluride!

Incredible location and property!

This place was great. We stay in a lot of rentals and most are poorly stocked, and you end up buying replacement things for your stay. This place had everything that we needed, except for a grill, but was quite comfortable for our family, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and listening to the birds in the river. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Of note, there are quite a few stairs to get down to the properties so if stairs are a problem, just know that going into it.

Great location - private with river in back & only a few blocks to downtown.Challenges: - One bedroom TV never worked, main TV - worked intermittently, Keurig did not work, Refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer into the entire top right section of the refrigerator- When texted the host on this they.. said "Yes they need a new refrigerator" - So this was a known issue and the hosts never told us about this during the initial walkthrough. If we had placed food in that area initially then it would have been ruined. Stove air vent/fan did not work, so when frying it became very smokey in the house.

Very easy walk to the heart of town. Quick walk to the gondola on the foot path. We rented a locker in mountain village to keep our ski gear which worked great. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We were in town for the horror film festival and the location was great. It was a quiet area and within decent proximity to everything. The layout of the space was very open and cozy. Just a heads up that the heater can make a clicking/knocking sound that is a bit disruptive when you’re trying to sleep but we totally get noises like this. Just be aware it’s not completely silent, particularly in the larger bedroom. Still highly recommend!

Great Value

Property is immaculate and just as pictured. Extremely convenient to all the great restaurants and Gondola. Property manager was easy to reach and answered all our questions within minutes! Things to think about.... Although this property is on the ground floor, it is 30+ steps up to street level. So, if you are lugging ski equipment you may want to check out ski storage or valet at the gondola or at the Mountain Village.

Things to fix

Fridge/feeezer need to be looked at. Water leaking from freezer into fridge and turning to ice on top shelf. 2nd Bedroom heater/thermostat need's maintenance. We turned it off because it always heated room far beyond setting. We actually had some clothes that were burned/melted because the heating element was super hot for an entire night and damaged clothing next to heating element.

We loved this location for our first visit to Telluride. So close to downtown, the market, and various hikes. We also loved having the balcony to sit outside and enjoy coffee or wine….and the use of the hot tub after a day of activities was a great amenity. The property manager was very communicative and responsive, offering to help us with anything we needed or any recommendations. Everything was as expected - and we loved Telluride so much. Picture perfect beauty abound! We will definitely be back.
