Telemark A by AvantStay | Ski In/ Ski Out at the Heart of Mountain Village!

Telemark A is a stunning mountain retreat with ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Lift #4 in the heart of Mountain Village.

Bedding: King, king, king, 2 twin-over twin bunks and trundle.

Located in the Telemark building, Telemark A is an end-unit condo with plenty of privacy and great deck space. Just outside of the front door is a large patio with a dining area and firepit - perfect for watching sunsets! Guests enter this three-story home from the ground floor and are welcomed into a large entryway with a storage closet and open staircase. Continuing through the home, the main floor opens up with a large, inviting mountain-style living space. The living room has stunning vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a large comfortable sectional with plenty of room to entertain.

The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a large island perfect for cooking, a great breakfast bar, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is also open to the dining room, which has seating for eight. A door to access the back deck is also located in this area, complete with a gas grill, small lounge area and great views of the ski hills. A small powder room is also on the main floor.

The upper level at this home is dedicated solely to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has large windows with great views of the Wilson Range, a king bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, standalone soaking tub and a step-in steam shower. There is also a second sleeping area with two twin bunk beds in the open loft above the master bedroom. This space is accessed via a spiral staircase.

The lower level of this home has two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and access to the back deck, private hot tub and ski-in, ski-out access. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The third bedroom has a king bed and access to the back deck, hot tub and ski-in/ski-out access. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

There is a private laundry room on the lower level that has a full-size washer and dryer. Guests also have use of one parking spot in the Telemark garage.

- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

There is one parking space located in the Telemark garage.
Garage Height: 8'3", width 16'.

A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Lovely, comfortable home w/ beautiful mountain views

This condo is perfectly located for ski in ski out and close to everything in mountain village. We stayed here b/c our daughter was in ski school so it was super convenient to drop her off. The condo itself is great for groups or families offering comfortable beds and plenty of space. I definitely recommend if wanting to stay in Mountain Village. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Great family vacation

Awesome location in the heart of Mountain Village, Telemark A has amazing views of Mt. Wilson with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Just a few steps from the all the restaurants, shops, and gondola. Ski-in-ski-out was super convenient with the small kids (age 6-9). The property was well stocked, it even included sleds and a sledding hill in the back yard. Our kids loved the bunk beds in the loft at the top of the spiral staircase. The property was very clean, cozy, and super quiet. We made most of our meals in the kitchen and grill. The only downside was that some of the doors were a bit sticky and hard for the kids to open and close. It would have been nice to have had a sauna. Also the brick patio was not level and the hot tub was about 4 inches high on one end. We would definately stay there again.

Absolutely Loved It!

Stunningly gorgeous property, fabulous views and walking distance to all the action in Mountain Village. The only suggestion I have is to install locks on bathroom and bedroom doors for privacy.

Beautiful and spacious a lovely home away from home

Great location, amazing views and lovely accommodations. We fished , hiked ,biked and enjoyed the town of Telleride. The gondola is such a wonderful addition making traveling so easy and fun. The property' managers were very helpful and accessible.
