We offer a full kitchen and laundry room for your convenience or if you prefer dinning out there are plenty of local restaurants

Weekend getaway

House was clean, dock was nice. Boat ramp didn't seem accessible so we used the pass they left to go to the other ramp. House had everything we needed.

Annual golf trip

Everything was enjoyable with our stay. The ac worked great after a long day at the course. We also enjoyed fishing on the dock in the evenings. Great communication with the property owner. Thanks

Golfing trip

Peaceful Getaway

Amazing property, peaceful getaway, big yard for kids to play in, and a very nice fishing dock. Walking distance to Goat Island restaurant. Very nice experience highly recommend to anyone needing a getaway Thank you for sharing your home.

Fishing tournament

We visited for a middle school fishing tournament and the property was wonderful. The owner was extremely helpful. The house was clean and located near the tournament ramp. Putting the boat in and out was easy and the dock was well maintained.

Wonderful fishing trip!

We had a great time! The place had everything we could have needed. Our favorite part was the dock! We caught more fish off the dock than out in our boat! We loved the fish cleaning station right there on the dock! It was such a relaxing trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Annual fishing trip

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the water just below goat island. The house was really clean and organized with plenty of room inside for me and my 2 brothers and all of our fishing gear. It was our best trip to Santee yet! I caught my personal best blue catfish at 26lbs and my brother caught a 21lb blue.( both big fish were released.) We also caught plenty of smaller ones for a fish fry! The cutting board and sink on the dock was a huge plus and we used it!! The dock does have rod holders with built in seats and power. The house does have a boat ramp but it dont look like its been used in quite a few years. The water is really shallow around it but the water out in front of the dock was around 16-18' deep.its was not an inconvenience because the goat island has a boat ramp you can use that is paid for by the homeowner and was only .25 mile down the road. The lot was big enough to pull my truck and pontoon in and still have plenty of room. There are cameras outside of the house around the property which we liked, being in a new area that we know nothing about! It does have an older charcoal grill we put to use! Bring your own charcoal! Overall a really nice place to stay and and area to visit!! Will definitely be back!!

Great getaway on the water

My sons and I reserved this cozy little house because it was in the water and close to the launching point of our fishing guide. The house has everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home when you’re away. Would definitely book again for another long weekend of fishing!!

This trip was great. There were six of us total that stayed in the house, and we could have found a better place. We had two boats and three vehicles, and had no problem parking at the house. It was so relaxing out on the dock. We have stayed on this lake three times, and this host was the most accommodating and friendliest we have encountered yet. We definitely plan on coming back and staying at his property again.

Great spot for fishing

Everything was great! Easy access to the water, nice dock to fish from. The place was as described and clean. Would rent again!

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay! Kids loved the swimming area and had a blast jumping off the dock. The adults loved the private boat access with a dock to fish off of and they even had a fishing cleaning station so you could clean the catfish as you caught them! We will be back!

Perfect lake getaway

We will definitely book this place again. The owners are extremely nice. The house has all the comforts of home, the dock can accommodate several boats and the boat ramp in the yard is the cherry on top!
