The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is situated between the living room and sunroom and features breathtaking waterfront views. The sunroom has a balcony overlooking the Bay with views of the sunrise and a reclining loveseat. Great property
We loved this condo on Sand Key. It has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and nicely decorated. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated, as well as a large washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. We’d like to return!

10 on 10 is the perfect description! From the comfortable decor, kitchen amenities, cleanliness and beautiful views, this condo was our perfect winter getaway!! The property grounds are immaculate and the beach area perfect for a lazy day or watching sunsets. Great restaurants nearby or just a short drive away up/down the coast. Our host, June, was easy to communicate with and has meticulously set up the condo with everything you might need for the perfect stay. We didn’t want to leave!!

Paradise in Sand Key
The condo was awesome! Fabulous views of the beach, ocean, and bay. Great sunset view! Restaurants and Shops within walking distance. Clearwater beach just a short drive away. The ocean is great. The water is very warm. The beach is uncrowded.

Absolutely Perfect!
The moment you open the door you realize “10” on 10 is the perfect way to describe this lovely end unit. It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need….including high quality towels, bed linens, etc.
The ceiling to floor windows offer spectacular views of the gulf and inter coastal with amazing sunrises and sunsets! June is a wonderful host! She was so gracious in helping me solve a problem I had in needing an extra night. I’m so grateful! I’ve been renting for 18 years on Sand Key. This unit is by far the nicest I’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to return in 2024! June, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me. Peggy

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It truly is a 10/10! From cleanliness to excellent views, this condo truly exceeded our expectations. We have been vacationing in the Sand Key area for 20 years and would highly recommend this unit!

We love this condo! The views are amazing! I love watching the boats, parasailing, and jet skiing from the condo and listening to the relaxing sounds of the ocean. You can walk for miles on the white sandy beach. Watching the crimson sunset with cocktails on the balcony is the perfect way to spend the evening. There is so much to do - all within walking distance!! I love the boutique shops on Sand Key and the restaurants too! Clearwater Marina and Pier 60 is a quick 5 minute drive and it is filled with daily and nightly activities. Can you tell I love it here? :-)
