Ducks ducks and more ducks

We chose this location because we were in town for Sombrero Fest. It was super convenient and watching the sucks and other water fowl was great

The home is just as described. Comfortable stay. Best part was the backyard and morning coffee.

The perfect stay

Very well equipped vacation home in a nice and quiet location but still in town close to restaurants and supermarket. Very nice surroundings with good bird watchings in the mornings and evenings. Can‘t get much better.

Lovely property

Located right on a resaca, Ebony Lake, which fills with the unique birds of the RGV. If you are a birder, this is your place. Comfortable patio to relax and watch birds fly in and out. The townhouse is well appointed and quiet.

Great Brownsville Stay

This was a great location to stay for a wedding weekend in Brownsville. Much more comfortable than one of the few hotels in town, more convenient than staying on the island and close to all the local activities. It’s in a beautiful part of town, clean, and on the water.

Beautiful views and great location

We stayed in Brownsville for a week for my son’s wedding. The townhouse was spacious and clean with great views of the resaca. We will stay here again.

Brownsville Resaca and birds

Very clean, had all of the basics we needed. Beautifully situated on a resaca with lots of birds. A great base for seeing the area and learning about Brownsville.

Just what we were looking for

my family had a great experience this house. It’s a perfect size for a small family and comes with many amenities that other rentals do not provide. We would not hesitate to stay there on our next Brownsville trip.

Great work stay

Great stay for a quick work trip, would stay here again. Clean and beautiful view. Only thing would add is increasing shower water pressure :) but overall it's gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great visit!

Very nice townhome

Clean, attractively furnished, in quiet neighborhood. The spacious bedrooms reminded us of a boutique hotel. Two full bathrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs. Would definitely stay here again

This place was truly amazing. Comfortable and very convenient. The whole setup and decoration was very neat. The house has everything you would need on vacation. Waking up looking outside was amazing. The guest was awesome as well
