Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Enjoy beautiful Gulf view from the outdoor spaces and four of the bedrooms. This house also has an elevator for your convenience. Saltylime also offers a ping pong table, extra pillows and blankets, books and reading material and boardgames.
At Royal Sands, you'll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. In-home amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access with your own account, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. Stunning Beach View
Saltylime was a fantastic property for our group of 12. The view of the beach is absolutely fabulous and the boardwalk/cart path to the beach is right outside the door. We had a blast and really loved the house.

Beautiful view and location. Loved that. The third floor did need some love. Throw rugs were pretty worn and needed replacing. Door handles were sticking and had sugar ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. The ace hardware helped us with the ants as we purchased some some things to help us. The skillets etc very worn. Again. The place needed some refreshing. Normal household items. Trash was not taken out by previous renters- stench was pretty bad. We had a good time- but for what we paid, a few updates would have been nice.

The location is great. Condition of the home is VERY worn - stains on the rugs and carpet, mold in the vents and throughout the home, multiple cockroach/bugs inside the kitchen, some of the linens were stained, and just overall not prepared for VRBO. There were no trash bags, dish soap or other necessary items. While we enjoyed the location, the condition of the home was very disappointing.

great views. nice to have golf cart. Loved elevator!king bed needs to be replaced. would not come back next year if not replaced. needs new drinking/wine glasses. what was there was very old plastic cups of odd sizes.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY
TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE DUE TO THE 3RD STORY BEDROOM TV DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF NO REMOTE. MESSAGED THE HOST ON THE APP AND I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NEVER HAD A RESPONSE. NOT A BIG ISSUE BUT WHEN YOU ARE LYING IN BED WITH YOUR 6 YR OLD AND YOU CAN NOT GET THE TV TO WORK, IT BECOMES A BIT OF A PROBLEM.
