Welcome to Gone Coastal, a custom-built oceanfront getaway designed for unforgettable Port Aransas vacations. This beautifully decorated home offers breathtaking ocean views, spacious living areas, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax.
Inside, you'll find a large open kitchen and living area, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a second living space upstairs, making it ideal for gathering together while still having room to unwind. Step outside and enjoy multiple decks with ocean views, outdoor sofas for lounging, and the perfect setup for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks with the sound of the waves in the background.
The home also features seamless access to the beach using the community boardwalk, making it easy to spend your days in the sand, surf, and sun before coming back to relax in comfort.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

• A 6-seater golf cart can be added to your booking for $175 per day.
• Beach gear credit is included for stays of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties.
• Select your beach gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date.
• A small delivery fee may apply for beach gear delivery.

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home offers a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
