This upstairs suite features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a welcoming living room with a small kitchenette equipped for your convenience. The kitchenette includes a 3 in 1 stove coffee grill toaster oven, mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, & toaster. Bedroom 1 boasts a king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. Children over 10 are warmly welcome. The main house is on a central HVAC system. The home is kept at an optimal temperature for the average guest. Should you need it cooler or warmer, we have provided accessory heating or cooling units within your suite. The window unit is for heating and cooling. Be sure to take advantage of these should you need them.

Are any of the inside spaces shared?
Our main home consists of three private suites. Each suite has its own space and entrance.

Are your rates negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. You can't put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.

I work remotely, is there wifi?
Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi.

Is there anywhere to store luggage before check in or after check out in case I’m not able to check in early or check out late?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and hold luggage for guests.

Can I bring my pet?
We love our furry friends but we ask for guests to make other arrangements for their pets while visiting our home.

Food City s our favorite & closest grocery store. Food City is 1 mile away from the listing.

How do I check in?
We have electronic locks at our listings. Guests will be provided with their unique access code on the morning of their arrival.

Third-Party Bookings: Guests booking on behalf of another guest staying on the property are solely responsible for any damages to the space. All guest names (First and last) must be included on the reservation. The booking party is responsible for sharing all house rules and access information with the staying guest.
