Our Possum Valley Hideaway offers you and your family a secluded, yet modern dwelling. Located on in4 secluded acres, up a long, winding, paved and gravel road , through the heart of the Appalachian Mountains lies your own 'Little Dash of Heaven'

We have 2 bedrooms, ** AND A NEWLY ADDED LOFT!!!!**1 bathroom with newly installed bath tub, and an open living room with kitchen. Kitchen includes utensils, dishes and cookware. Come relax on our wrap around porch while swinging in our 2 porch swings. Enjoy the wildlife such as many birds, whitetail deer, wild turkey, squirrels and rabbits, which may be seen at any time.

During your stay you can enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, lakes, bike riding on the Creeper Trail, mountain scenery, and NASCAR Racing at the Bristol Raceway.

Mountain Getaway

We loved the remote location and the solitude. The hot tub was hot but the jets not so much. The property was very clean and the bed very comfy. The he rain on the tin roof was relaxing as was the front porch swing and all the birds! Overall the property was more than we expected for the price.

One of Our Go To Places!

We have stayed here several times while waiting for our forever home (not far away) to be built. The cabin is consistently clean, comfortable & quiet. We bring our own wood for the fire pit & relax in the hot tub. Clean robes, plenty of towels, most everything you need. Could stand for more/better coffee cups—we only found 2 this time that were questionable, so people have probably been taking or breaking them. :( Always enjoy our stay!

We are Mark and Diana Dunn. We have been married for 25 years and have 2 girls and 1 granddaughter! We are all about family!! We enjoy having PVH as we get to meet new people all the time. We look forward to our return guests and and aim for just that!!!
We were riding 4-wheelers in the woods one day and there was a for sale sign on this lil blue cabin we always loved. And.. Well.. That's what started it all! We have done alot of fixing up here and there but all in all we just want others to enjoy our. 'Lil Dash of Heaven'!
