My wife and I are based in Houston and purchased Serenity Hills Ranch as a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty and peace of the Texas Hill Country. We love the outdoors, classic cars, road trips, wildlife, and spending quality time with family and friends away from the noise of the city.

Over time, we realized this property was too special not to share with others looking for the same kind of peaceful escape. Whether it’s relaxing under the stars, exploring nearby rivers and parks, enjoying a quiet morning coffee with scenic views, or simply unplugging for a few days, we want guests to feel welcomed, comfortable, and refreshed during their stay.

We take pride in continually improving the property and creating a simple, relaxing experience where people can slow down and enjoy what matters most.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with this part of the Texas Hill Country because of its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and slower pace of life. The area around Camp Wood, Leakey, and the Nueces River offers some of the most scenic drives, rivers, wildlife, and night skies in Texas.

Unlike crowded tourist destinations, this area still feels authentic and untouched. You can spend the day floating the river, exploring Garner State Park, hiking, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the quiet outdoors without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

One of our favorite things about the property is the feeling of privacy and openness. The views of the surrounding hills, the wildlife, the incredible sunsets, and the star-filled skies create a sense of calm that’s hard to find in everyday life.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes Serenity Hills Ranch unique is the combination of privacy, peace, and location. Guests can enjoy 10 gated acres of open Texas Hill Country space surrounded by scenic hills, wildlife, sunsets, and star-filled skies — without the noise and crowds of traditional campgrounds or busy vacation areas.

We are far enough away to truly disconnect and relax, yet close enough to enjoy the Nueces River, Frio River, Garner State Park, Leakey, Camp Wood, scenic drives, hiking, floating, fishing, and other popular Hill Country destinations.

Unlike crowded RV parks or heavily developed tourist areas, Serenity Hills Ranch offers a quieter, more personal experience with room to breathe and unwind. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee with mountain views, sitting around a fire under the stars, or simply enjoying the calm atmosphere, the property was created for people looking to slow down and recharge.

Guests often tell us they love the feeling of freedom, privacy, and simplicity that is becoming harder to find.
