Summerhouse West 201A is away from the heavy traffic of the Central Beach Area in Gulf Shores, you will find this adorable townhome waiting to host your family! This complex is nestled in West Beach; Little Lagoon Access with a pier and boat launch, then a Private Boardwalk for Beach Access to the Best Beach On Earth! Beach and waves on one side, fishing and kayaking on the other; it is the best of both worlds!
Come on inside to this 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. The Primary Suite provides a King Size Bed with a Private Full Bathroom and a Private Deck with views of the Gulf. The Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen Size Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunkbed, a Private Full Bathroom, and a Private Balcony with views of Little Lagoon. Need extra sleeping? Downstairs, the couch in the Living area opens to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen is well prepped to create all your vacation meals including a Keurig. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen on the main level plus a stackable Washer and Dryer tucked away in the laundry closet. Heading outside? The Owners have provided a kayak and a blow-up paddle board with lifejackets to explore the Lil' Lagoon waters and wildlife, plus other fun beach gear!
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions on what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

We had an amazing visit. The room was clean and nice. Beach was super close, just across the street. This room has the perfect placement because you have a direct view of the beach with no building across the street to block your view!

With the exception of the many stairs, stay was very good. If not for very foul weather all weekend, it would have been near perfect.

Just as others have also said - this property is ideally located between the beach and the lagoon and has a pool too. Everything was fresh and clean. And the beds were very comfortable! We could even hear the waves at night! Wonderful stay! The only issue was there are many stairs to navigate, but no deal breaker.

Our family stayed here for spring break and had a great experience. Location is great with quick access to both the ocean and the lagoon and multiple decks with some restricted views of the ocean. Also a bonus to be on the quieter end of Gulf Shores. The rooms were clean and it had a lot of useful kitchen amenities for cooking meals. Besides the steep staircase to get to the front door, this place surpassed our expectations.

Wonderful location! Had the best of the ocean: the beach and dock to fish. It's not in the middle of everything but close enough to be able to enjoy a nice meal or souvenir shopping.

Great location
Super clean condo with a short walk to the beach. The beach gear and wagon made our stay much easier. The patios have great views of the ocean and lagoon.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Enjoyed our time. Peaceful place. Had everything we needed - only suggestion is having a pulley system like some neighbors do; since the stairs to unit are steep for carrying items. Loved the view from all the decks !!

Great location
This condo was very nice and clean. It was in a good location, quiet at night. It was great being able to access beach close to condo. We would stay here again!

Great location!
This property was exactly like it’s described! We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board! Beach was easy to get to and not crowded! Loved our stay, when can I go back!?

Great Location!
Great location with easy access to the beach and lagoon. Family of 6 and we all had a wonderful time. Extra bonus of sand toys, beach chairs, etc. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful & Convenient
This house was very convenient to the beach. We enjoyed the family atmosphere of the beach. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very clean. Exceptional beds, all 4 are very comfort.
Kitchen is well stocked. Everything us very clean! It is just a short walk to beach. Our family of 5 enjoed it very much.
