Ideal for couples and small families, enjoy the amenities of home while fishing in Lake Norfork, floating on local area rivers, hunting in Caney Mtn. public hunting area, hiking in Pidgeon Creek park, observing wildlife while driving through the Caney Mtn. Conservation area (15 minutes away) or shopping at local flea markets in nearby Mtn. Home, Arkansas. Enjoy cooking outside on your choice of a gas grill or charcoal park style grill. Watch the stars at night and listen to the whippoorwills while enjoying an evening sitting around the firepit.(Wood provided)

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sweeten Creek Cabin. Alice was a very good communicator and gave us helpful directions, providing additional information to help us find the cottage, which is located in a more rural area. In addition, Alice provided some special and thoughtful surprises to welcome us, specific to the occasion which brought us to the area.

My son stays there while working during the week. He loves it there! Great Wifi, place is clean and cozy and host is so kind! Always looking forward to coming back.

Oh my goodness! This quaint little cabin was just perfect! Location for us was perfect & so very quiet. A big plus after spending the previous night in a noisy hotel! We so enjoyed our stay! Was very pleasantly surprised to see stuff like extra water bottles, tin foil, etc! Don’t find that much at most vacation rentals. Listing was exactly as said! Saw about 6 deer in the field across from the cabin & a couple of bunnies in the yard! Cabin was extremely clean & comfy. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area. Thanks so much for the welcome card & the delicious cookies!

It was cozy and perfect! The hostess was fantastic with communication and she had thought of literally everything! The house was warm and cozy upon our rainy arrival with homemade cookies awaiting us. There were extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything and a lovely coffee/tea bar set up. We will definitely stay here again!

Cabin was super cozy and clean!!! Host left cookies as a welcome. Bed was comfortable and space was perfect and clean. Host was so kind and easy to communicate with. She gave clear directions to place and check inwas smooth and easy. Hands down was the best place to stay!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is the perfect getaway spot if you want to enjoy sunsets, nature, and the morning breeze. The hosts were incredible and provided more than you could need! We’ll be coming around and making this a regular spot from now on.

We had a wonderful weekend away at this cozy cabin. It had everything we needed and much more. It's obvious a lot of thought was put into making this place perfect.

This is a great place to explore the outdoors and many activities available from hiking, fishing, hunting, canoeing or just even relaxing while traveling. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch while watching wildlife in the valley field across from the cabin. Benches convert to a picnic table for those grilled burgers and hot dogs or enjoy hours in the evening playing a variety of games such as checkers, monopoly, yahtsee or uno.
