This place was very nice. Sophia answered questions right away and took care of things. Check in was very easy and we were able to check in a little earlier which helped. Parking wasn’t a problem at all when we didn’t use the garage. Location is very good and close to the freeway. Nice little park down the street for walking.

Very clean and cozy place. We would stay here again. Loved the fireplace. The host Sofia was very nice and responded swiftly to any requests. We definitely recommend this place!

Nice clean home

Had a very nice stay visiting with family in the area. Kitchen was nice and beds comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

The town-home was quiet, clean, and cool with comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. There was a nice, nearby park to walk the dog.

Very nice place in a nice, quiet subdivision. Convenient location near Cherry Creek Park. Great communication, and decent value for the cost. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Kid-friendly, but nothing really tailored to kids, so if you come with kids, make sure you bring toys or games or whatever.

While I have not historically hosted many guests with children, I have noticed an increase in interest from families lately. Based on your suggestions, I will certainly look into acquiring some kid-friendly amenities and equipment to better accommodate these guests moving forward.

Stay was as described. It was nice and clean. If you’re concerned about privacy, there are blinds missing in the kitchen where people can see straight into the kitchen at night.

Aurora townhome

The place was neat & clean, furniture and decorations were nice, all amenities were good. There were lots of places to walk my dog, including a nearby park.

Wonderful Townhome near Cherry Creek State Park

My wife and I stayed at this property over Christmas to visit family, and we had a wonderful time. We stayed with our dog and this townhome was perfect for us over the holidays. The complex was nice and quiet, and the property itself was conveniently located and peaceful. The townhome was clean, comfortable and very cozy! The beds were nice and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Sofia was a pleasure to deal with for the reservation, check in, and check out process! Lastly, we very much appreciated a reasonable check out without a bunch of garbage fees or absurd requests! Definitely would very much recommend a stay here if you're in the area!

Great Host

Sofia was so helpful, we got in from our flight and we got to the townhouse late. We had some issues trying to find the place, Sofia called and helped us find the door. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The front bedroom and living room does get warm in the afternoons because the sun shines right into those rooms. If it wasn’t summer it probably wouldn’t be an issue. Sofia was very responsive and helpful. The location was great and had some walking trails and a playground close by. Would definitely recommend her property.

The place was perfect for us! We were showing horses at Colorado Horse Park and so appreciated having a home to come back to after a long day. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are back for horse shows! Thanks Sofia!
