We would like to let future guests know that we messaged this guest to offer replenished supplies, including towels, for their stay. They requested additional toilet paper, which we provided right away, and they did not request towels or contact us for any additional supplies. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with! The location is really great - it is a short drive to amazing locations like Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Denver Zoo, Margot on Pearl Street, and some of the best coffee in Denver! We brought our dogs with us and loved being able to walk them over to Sloan Lake. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a quick two night stay here. There was plenty of space for two people. There’s a bit of noise from upstairs but nothing outrageous. The bed and sheets were hella-comfy!

Perfect little place to stay close to everything! We were able to walk pretty much everywhere from this spot. So much to do, the hosts were great and communicated very well. 10/10 recommend!!

Location convenient, near downtown and 20 min. from Red Rocks. Clean, nice apartment. Friendly hosts.

From the time we booked the room to check out. Very clean and charming. Felt like we were at home. We were in walking distance to things and really didn’t need our car. The host gave us suggestions of places to eat and see. Definitely would book again

The place was exactly what we were looking for. love the furnishings and had everything we needed for an extended stay in the city. Good WiFi, TV, and kitchen appliances. Check in was at 3 PM and the check in process went super smoothly. Couldn't think of much else we could have asked for!

We do not believe this rating accurately reflects the guest experience at our basement suite. We do not recommend sleeping more than 1 person on the futon. There is a queen air mattress available that comfortable sleeps two, in addition to the futon and primary bedroom.

Overall had a great stay. It was easy contact with the host and she did warn us about them walking around above us. And wasn’t originally my concern because I knew we wouldn’t be there that much. The walking around wasn’t an issue for us, but one of the nights there was drilling and hammering till almost 11pm. Everything was clean, we didn’t use anything kitchen wise, but looked like there’s everything you would need. This BNB does have a couch bed, it did the job, but isn’t the nicest by all means. They did have a plug in heater which was very nice. There was extra sheets and only 1 thinner blanket, so if you easily are cold bundle up.

The apartment was clean and relatively well kept. However, this is a basement apartment and the ceilings are very very low. I am 6'4" tall and I actually hit my head walking from the bedroom to the bathroom. Also, the bathroom is tiny. The other thing to note is that there is not thermostat to control the temperature in the unit. They message from the owner said to message them in the app and they would adjust the temperature for you. Well, that wasn't really an option when we wanted it cooler or warmer in the middle of the night.

We clearly state immediately within the listing description that this is a basement suite with low ceilings and we do not recommend guests to stay if they are above 5'11. The listing also states "Heating and cooling is controlled by the host. If you need an adjustment in the temperature please ask us!" and we have a fan and space heater available in the suite for your comfort. We aim to be clear, transparent, and up-front with all guests by providing this information in our listing. This guest did not read the listing and we hope that future guests will not judge our home and hosting based on this review. We have a 4.9 star rating after 2 years of hosting on another platform. We are sharing part of our home to visitors and do not do this as a business. We hope to be able to continue to share our home to guests on VRBO despite this guest's uninformed review.

We loved this spot and would absolutely stay here again! The space is so cute, with coordinating pastel colors and lots of thoughtful little details that made it feel warm and welcoming.The hosts were excellent with communication and did a great job setting expectations before we arrived. They mentioned they live upstairs, and while we occasionally heard people or pets moving around, it was minimal and never bothered us. I really appreciated the heads-up.One of our favorite parts of the stay was being within walking distance of Sloan's Lake. We ended each day with a walk around the lake, and it was the perfect way to unwind. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, both within walking distance and just a short drive away.Parking is a little wonky, but it worked out just fine. You'll park on the street (it was a little crowded, but we never had trouble finding a spot), which seemed to be how the whole neighborhood parks.The bathroom is on the smaller side, and the ceilings are lower as described in the listing. I'm 5'10" and my oldest son is 6', and neither of us found it to be an issue.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we'd happily book it again.
