Location, location, location!! Todd’s place was perfect for us given we had numerous events to attend nearby. We were comfortable and really enjoyed coming “home” each night. Highly recommend.

This home was clean, back yard wonderful. It worked great for visiting our kids and grandkids. The kitchen had plenty of appliances to use. Loved how it was furnished.We would stay here again.

This is a most excellent property, awesome neighborhood and prime location. Everything was exactly as described. The home is very nicely furnished and has so much charm! Todd is a friendly and communicative host. Just book it!

We stayed with our pup for 6 weeks and loved our stay, working with Todd and being in the neighborhood. It’s such a great walking neighborhood- easy to get to Washington Park 1.1 miles, Bonnie Brae and Belcaro, DU, amenities on Colorado Blvd. The house is darling. The hardest and only negative is the traffic noise made it hard to enjoy the beautiful deck and yard. House is well stocked and cared for.

It was homey, beautifully designed and comfortable. Todd was very helpful, but also allowed for complete privacy. My dog really enjoyed sunning on the patio in the backyard.The surrounding neighborhood was also lovely.Thanks, Todd. Hope to stay here again.

Cozy house with a lot of character

The house is very charming with nice updates in the bathroom and kitchen. The outdoor area is as nice as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely.

Home was very welcoming and warm. Kitchen was fully equipped and is a nice space to work in. Love the backyard for our daughter's dog to run around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay here again in the summer. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay! The neighborhood was as beautiful as the home itself. The trees were all turning for Fall, and it was gorgeous. The home itself had all the extras you could want. Plus, it was centrally located to all the Denver has to offer. Todd was a great host, definitely reccomend staying here.

We had a great experience here. The house is beautiful and clean. We have two small dogs. The house is pet friendly with a great fenced yard and front patio. We were walking distance to Washington Park. This was a perfect gathering place for us.

We really enjoyed our four-night stay here. The home is immaculate, tastefully furnished and in a wonderful neighborhood. We dined al fresco in the nicely landscaped backyard after whipping up meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The mid-century touches are groovy and the bathroom is fabulous. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed.

Perfect location for attending events at University of Denver. Close to the highway for sightseeing trips. Beautiful backyard for our dog. We so appreciate bwing able to take her with us. The house is very nice - comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you need. The only thing that could be better is the living room furniture. While it fits the mid century modern vibe, it was very uncomfortable to sit on. When you replace it, some comfortable furniture for travel weary guests would be so nice. Overall, it was great especially the warmer days when we could sit outside.

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely, cozy home. We had messaged with the owner prior to the arrival and he was accommodating and answered any question quickly. It seemed to us that the house was recently renovated with a bright and inviting kitchen and spotless bathroom. The house is located in the beautiful, upscale Belcaro neighborhood of Denver which made mid-day strolls very interesting. The house was fit out with necessary supplies extensive closets which all added to our comfort. Highly recommended.
