Our stay was better than expected with our rental! The home was beautiful and a perfect spot for friends and family as the walk to the beach and bay are both a 2 minute walk. The home fit 6 people perfectly and had plenty of room to lounge around. The check in was as simple as it could be! Definitely recommend this listing for a perfect beach get away!

There were many restaurants near by and mini golf and ice cream right next door. I would book again for future vacations.

The property exceeded expectations. Very roomy 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse. Very easy walk to beach. Hope to come back again next year.

2024 family vacation

This was our second time staying here. The place is a perfect spot- close to the beach, bars, restaurants and mini golf. Owners are very responsive. We look forward to retuning next year!!!

Great stay but bring your own beach equipment

Great stay overall my only complaint is some of the the beach equipment was rusty. I also found wet socks/other clothing in the beach equipment. The house was in a great location. It was clean inside and the rooms were perfect.

Family Oriented Close Walk To The Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The larger beds were very comfortable, The twin beds were more for young children than our teenagers but you will be fine if you are under 5’5” We loved having King Kone Ice cream just steps away for a late dessert. We also loved how short the walk was to the beach with a traffic light near to cross coastal highway. Only complaint is that there is no view of water or outdoor space to sit together and unwind, but the little balcony off the master bedroom was a nice place for morning coffee. Favorite thing is no hassle finding a key or checking in with long lines at rental places. Just an easy access to garage code. EXCELLENT entry and convenient.

We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable and homey.So key points for future renters...•3 different directions on where to leave linens upon departure (in garage/on front stoop/where we found them) the last os ultimately where we left them.•Beach gear is limited. Ultimately we had to buy an umbrella because it was broken. Chairs are low seating, not bad just for reference. If your older could be difficult to get out of. If you have little kids nothing really for them to play with.•Owner should have someone checking between tenants...dishwasher was full of dishes (clean) but rental paper work says to put away. Garbage bin in garage was full of garbage and ashes about 4 smaller bags and one big one which was open and 1/2 spilled. When I notified owner he asked me to dump it with our trash.Again, overall we really liked the townhouse but I should have been more vigilant about checking everything when we first got there.

Let me start by saying the location is excellent, the property is exactly as described. It’s a beautiful condominium, and overall we enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure if we interrupted the cleaning service or if they didn’t have time to finish before we checked in for the day, but there was a lot of sand and debris on the floors when we first checked in that we swept up, and there was a fruit fly issue throughout the entire condominium. I did notify the property owner and he was responsive and apologized about the fruit flies. I think we just had some bad luck on this trip as two of the TVs did not function and we were stuck inside for two days with little kids, which was difficult to keep them entertained due to rain outside. The toilet seat upstairs was completely off the hinges so I’m not sure how the cleaning service did not notice it, but they did arrive to fix that, and they did come to check out the TVs. I think we just got bad luck on this trip from perhaps the people who had the condominium before us not taking the best care of it. The owner tried to do what he could to accommodate us, and the place is very nice and the location is excellent. I would recommend this condominium to people, as I said I think we just had some misfortune during our stay, but the place is very nice and the owner was very responsive when I messaged him.
