This unit has a beautiful nautical design that is both refreshing and relaxing. Just steps to the beach & the Russel Fields Pier where you can fish to your heart's content. Make use of the full-sized kitchen to prepare gourmet meals. Easily walk to Aaron Bessant Park for all of the fun events you can imagine, or just take a stroll through Pier Park for all the shopping and dining you could want. Park your car, and never have to drive again, everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance.

Your parking pass will be purchased by us after your confirmed reservation. We are only authorized one parking pass per unit and the cost is $50 (subject to change without notice, please verify beforehand). This unit is only allowed ONE (1) vehicle. If you are bringing a 2nd vehicle you must make other arrangements for off-site parking. Wristbands for the property will be in the room for your arrival, they are required for use of the amenities, and are only valid for use of the amenities in Tower III. Amenities in Calypso Tower I and II are off-limits to our guests, however, the overpass crosswalk and tiki bar located on the beach are open to all guests.

Wonderful property!

The condo was accurately described, adequately stocked, & as clean as a whistle! This is our 2nd time staying in the unit & we could not be happier! Excellent location to shopping, eating, & activities!

Beautiful Condo but inefficient check in

We never received parking info and since we received NO information regarding the check in process until 1 hour before strict check in time of 4 pm, we were already in route when we learned that the email contained no parking pass. The emergency number went to voice mail twice- Not professional. Then you receive numerous emails throughout your stay. I’d prefer one full informational email long before check-in then 1 hour before check-in provide the door and parking codes. Inside the condo the main TV did not work. Despite instructions we could never connect it to the internet. The bedroom TV worked but only with obscure Samsung TV channels, no streaming. The internet was spotty at best. The bathroom vent in the front bathroom (nice surprise of two full bathrooms) seemed to vent directly into the main bathroom (unpleasant.) Nice touch of 4 Keurig coffee pods and creamer packs as well as shampoo, condition, soap and lotion in both bathrooms. Unusual request to clean AND put away your dishes. Most condos just request putting dishes in the dishwasher and running the dishwasher. Surprisingly nice view from inside and outside condo even though it is not gulf front.

Vacation

Sunset by the Seashore is a very clean, beautifully decorated condo. It felt very inviting the moment you walked through the door and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. You can park and not get back in your vehicle until departure. It's within walking distance to Pier Park where we enjoyed dinner every evening and shopping. Looking forward to booking our Spring vacation!

The room was great-within walking distance, or short drive, to all of our favorite places! Had a great time and would rent again!
