Park and walk into first floor unit. Fishing, playing in the beautiful Emerald green waters of the Gulf of America. UNIT IS ON THE LAKE AND POOL SIDE, with only 125 walking steps to the beach . Walking distance to Pier Park with restaurants, theaters, retail stores, and entertainment. Beautiful sunsets and white powder sand to walk and play in. Recently remodeled, full size refrigerator and stove. Bathroom has a spacious walk in shower with a bench.

Had a great week at this condo! The location is great, It is a quick walk to Pier Park and across from the beach. Also far enough away from the hussle that it is a little quieter. Would stay again!

This is a great place! A very short jaunt to the beach and the pool was steps away! The host, Sandy, was amazing and so accommodating with every question and detail! Wonderful location! We will be back!

Condo was beautiful with amazing beach views. Bed was very comfortable. Great beach access and walkable to great restaurants. Parking was very easy in parking garage. Great communication with owners, our lock needed new batteries and they were there within 30 minutes of me texting them. I’d be happy living there forever!

This property was steps away to everything, from the beautiful beach to shopping and activities. We enjoyed nearby golfing and loved sitting on the balcony looking at the lake.

Everything was fantastic with the rental. I loved how convenient it is to the beach and the ability to use the beach chairs was so helpful! The ONLY problem we had was the wifi wouldn't work for some reason. We did notify the host and unfortunately we couldnt resolve the issue. So we couldn't put many things on for our kids to watch when we were in the room. Other than that, this place was amazing and the host was phenomenal!!

Host fabulous. The condo is in a perfect location. Didn’t need to drive for anything. The beach is gorgeous. Quiet area of the beach. General feeling of “this is home” for an extended stay. Great info binder.

The host, Sandy, was super responsive. The condo was just what we needed. Had everything you could ask for, such as beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and cooking aid you could ever need. The decor was very cheerful and the living room furniture very comfortable and plentiful. I would definitely stay again!!

Vacation

We were very pleased with the condo, convenience to the pool and the beach. And the discovery of how close we were to the dog beach was just an added bonus. We also liked sitting on the back balcony and listening to the frogs in the evening.

We accidentally booked a condo on the lakeside and it was the happiest accident ever. Our back deck was out of the direct sun so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view with no sunburns. Pool access was such a pleasant surprise for us with three small children. Crossing the street

Small but nice & efficient

Other than the TV service, which they are changing, it was very nice. The owners assistant was fantastic. She helped me with the TV service, until it went wacky & her's did too. We all called them.

Perfect!

The pictures on here don’t do the condo justice! It is very clean and in the ideal location lakeside. Polynesian Village is walkable to so much, including the pier. We ended up renting a car to see sights further out but that wouldn’t necessarily be needed if you were just going to the pool and beach. The Winn-Dixie is super close as well and the kitchen is fully equipt. The master has a king size bed that my kids shared and it was very comfortable. The pull out couch was adequate but very uncomfortable and I had trouble finding linens for it, bring your own beach towels because there was only a few bath towels in the place. We also left some sand toys and there was no beach chairs umbrellas etc. Overall I was pleased and would be happy to come back to this sweet gem!
