We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the cleaning and the towels left in the dryer. This does not meet our usual high standards. We had major plumbing work completed just prior to your arrival, and it appears the cleanup was not handled properly. We have already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the decor, we appreciate your perspective. We recently updated the main furniture, balcony seating, and accents, which are accurately reflected in our listing photos. We strive to provide a comfortable, modern space and will keep your feedback in mind for future updates. Thank you again for helping us improve.
