There is an assigned single parking space and a few guest parking spots if needed in case you have a second car. The parking spaces can easily accommodate a large SUV or a minivan; however, no trailers can be brought in and parked in the garage.
Convenient location means you can walk to the area's great restaurants, listen to live music while you watch the sunset at Pier 60's Key West-style sunset festival, and experience all the water activities Clearwater Beach & Marina have to offer: Dolphin & Pirate Cruises, charter boats, para-sailing, jet-skis or just pure beach relaxation on sugar sand.
