My sister , cousin and I very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, the host was very responsive and the layout was perfect to cook and enjoy each other’s company. We had everything we needed. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our week vacation. Clean and nicely decorated, we had everything we needed.Our hosts were very responsive and pleasant. The home is in a great location with large dock.Will definitely stay again when we are in Clarksville.

Breathtaking location and charming home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was so convenient to rent a pontoon boat and Park it right across the street. We had a blast! I would highly recommend the property!!!

Nice place!

This place was cozy and great for our numbers. Some of the boards on the dock could use replacing but other than that, perfect!

Great stay

This was a great rental. Even better in person than the pictures. Clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive. Good location walkable to town.

Excellent location and beautiful peaceful lake home.

The owners are top notch and very communicative. The home is spacious and has all the comforts you could need or want. Beds were a homerun with everyone , super comfy for a restful sleep. We loved our stay and the town of clarksville.

Great house and dock for family

Perfect place for our family get-together. Loved the house’s outdoor spaces. A lot of (Comfortable!) beds plus a big table for family meals. Highly recommend.

Great house

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved the outdoor living space. Walkability to downtown Clarksville shops and restaurants was a plus. Hosts were very responsive and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Annual fishing trip.

The house was very clean with updated amenities. I would it to anyone that wishes to visit the area. The people in Clarksville are very friendly and accommodating.

Great for a weekend.

We needed to find a place to stay for a wedding in Clarksville. This was a great find. Easy to get to and had plenty of space in the living and kitchen areas. Second bathroom is built into the laundry room which would make it perfect for children and younger adults. The beds were comfortable and clean. Our family had a great time!!!

Fabulous house, the best stocked kitchen I've seen! Very nice decorations, super comfortable. Perfect sheltered dock for my boat right on the river-lake, very short no-wake zone.

The house was well-located (near downtown but in a quiet neighborhood), the decor is lovely and pleasant, appliances are modern and in great shape, the living area (kitchen, dining, living - kind of a great room style) is spacious and very comfortable! There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. The linens are plush, clean, and plentiful. When it got too warm, we switched the HVAC to cooling and were very comfortable. The group I travel with is quite interested in returning to this house in the future, and we recommend it highly as a destination for your travel plans to Clarksville and surrounding areas.

Lovely cottage

Quaint little town on the lake. Home is lovely and spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay again! One thing to note is that the house is across and down a house from the lake access and the lake area is muddy not sandy. But still a lake view and access! A recreation area with a little beach is within 10 minutes. And a state park with trails is located just across the bridge.

Nice house

Very nice and clean property. Need to bring your own soap and shampoo. Some how the owners did not know we were coming that day until a few hours before we got there so house wasn't ready.

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. We just had an issue with being able to access the property at check in. We were given the wrong code in the email provided by Vrbo, and we had to contact the main Vrbo number which was time consuming - but the Vrbo team were able to get us in and the property owners called as well. Was just hard to get wifi and cell service when we were trying to get in. Aside from check in issue, property was great and we very much enjoyed the home and its location. Would rent it again
