Located on the quiet residential end of the Village, this lovely retreat is a short stroll from the beach and an impressive array of local shops and eateries.

LIVING AREA

Potentially serving as a sixth bedroom, the game room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, and an arcade table preloaded with classic games.

BED & BATH

This home accommodates 12 guests between the five bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the game room.

Two bedrooms are each appointed with a king bed, a large smart TV, and direct outdoor access.

Two more each have a queen bed and a large smart TV, one of which also features direct outdoor access.

The final bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Three bathrooms provide an extra layer of convenience -- two include tub/shower combinations, while one has a handheld shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

An entertainer's dream, the expansive fenced yard boasts plenty of room to relax. Host a cookout on the lovely dining terrace, configured with a table for eight and a six-burner gas grill.

The huge ocean-view deck has a Giant Connect 4 game, an umbrella-shaded table for four, and a sunny lounge with a gas firepit.

Beyond the yard, you'll find mature fruit trees you can enjoy -- whip up fresh-squeezed orange juice or guacamole with the homegrown avocados!

Parking is provided for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This single-story home is accessed via a set of four steps at the entryway. The property does not have air-conditioning.

Though your backyard is fully private, the garden beyond is a space shared with the rental next door.

Tucked away in the quiet east end of the Village, this tranquil retreat is a quick walk from chic boutiques, fashionable restaurants, and beautiful La Jolla Cove.

Head to La Jolla Shores Beach or take in breathtaking vistas at La Jolla Natural Park. Downtown San Diego is a 15-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
