Spend leisurely summer afternoons on the patio, equipped with a private hot tub, a firepit, a grill, and alfresco dining. Catch a beautiful view of the lake from the backyard!

Unwind in the welcoming living area, which provides comfy seating for the group, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and a dual coffee/foosball table.

A detached game room is fitted with an air hockey table.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare favorite dishes, including ample cookware and helpful gadgets

When meals are ready, the table seats four.

BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps four adults.

Two bedrooms are each furnished with a comfy queen-size bed and a Roku TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the front patio. Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. When it's time to eat, a table seats four for alfresco meals.

In the evening, take relaxing soaks in the brand-new hot tub or kick back around the gas firepit. Admire the beautiful lake views anytime.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

This home does not have air-conditioning.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.

LOCATION

This home is just 10 minutes from the slopes at Snow Summit and 13 minutes from Bear Mountain. Pleasure Point Marina is a 4-minute drive.

For dining and shopping, the heart of town is only 3 minutes from home. For additional entertainment, take a ride on the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain or explore a variety of hiking trails in the area.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete a virtual check-in at the local office. The reservation holder must present photo identification and agree to good neighbor policy. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home. The cabin has a maximum occupancy of four guests, making it ideal for small groups. The hot tub is designed for intimate gatherings and is best suited for two or three people, which aligns well with the cabin's cozy atmosphere

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: there are three active cameras. one facing the front door, one facing the driveway, and one facing the front door of the game room. there are no cameras inside the house.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
