House was very nice and homey. Comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Only had a hard time closing the outside gate. We enjoyed our quiet stay.

Cute and comfortable accommodations, well stocked with all of the amenities you could possibly need. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to outdoor activities and great dining. Responsive and friendly host.

This was our third time staying at this lovely home for visits of 1-3 weeks. It is always clean, comfortable and well-stocked, Tim and Kirsty are incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever we have questions or requests. We'll be here again!

House is amazing. Owner very pleasant and helpful. Super accommodating. The pictures do not do it justice. This home is stunning, beautiful decorated, clean, and comfortable. All amenities you would have at home you have here. It’s also much larger than it appears to be. Enjoy your stay! My family and I sure did. 10/10

The host was extremely responsive & accommodating. Beds were very comfortable & house well stocked, especially the coffee. Location is perfect for hiking Sandia mountain trails and seeing local wild life like roadrunners, bunnies & mule deer. Only 2 areas that could be improved. The outside yard could be cleaned up & the floors in the house could use a good scrub. Overall, great host, I’d go again.

Great home

We needed a house to stay while visiting friends and family in ABQ. The house was clean and in a great location. It was perfect for our family of 4. The managers were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful Home with Awesome Views

Very comfortable home with plenty of space. We had family over for a birthday lunch and everyone loved the home and commented on how beautiful it was. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Gem of a House

Wonderful small house with comfortable beds, kitchen with updated appliances, and lovely bathrooms. We stayed for 3 weeks while visiting family in the neighborhood. House was well stocked, and hosts couldn't have been better! When I contacted them about something missing, they responded immediately and brought over what I needed right away. Highly recommend!

Great stay right under the Sandia Tramway!

This house was a spotlessly clean and very comfortable launching pad for exploring the Albuquerque area. Checkin was seamless with the electronic keypad, and everything inside was great for making dinners and lounging. It's located in a cute little cul-de-sac, and just minutes from the Sandia Tramway. Very convenient to the supermarkets, restaurants, etc on Paseo del Norte and Tramway Blvd (although downtown and Old Town obviously a little further away -- car required, about 20-25 mins). Great view of Sandia Peak from the front, and plenty of amenities, games, etc provided inside. We were very happy with our stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful home in the Sandia Peaks foothills that gave our family a wonderful, comfortable, spacious, clean, and relaxing spot to call home for our vacation. We opened the door and were instantly struck that the pictures just don't do it justice -- it's even more beautiful in person, and it gave us a very good experience of living in the Southwest and the Sandia Peak Foothills region. They have many cultural touches and art that appreciates the area, and they provided games that we all enjoyed. The location was a perfect home base for our Albuquerque adventures, and we had everything we needed. And, anything we didn't have or couldn't find, Tim and Kristy were absolutely available and responsive to every message. They made it easy to stay there, and I hope we can return someday. They were excellent hosts, and the space is a really, really great find. We enjoyed our home away from home!PS. We spotted a lizard in the courtyard, and that made our trip!
