Amazing Sandia Foothills Retreat Offering Hiking, Biking, and Stunning Views

We continually strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay, and our listing photos accurately represent the apartment’s furnishings, layout, and condition so guests can decide whether it suits their needs before booking. Unfortunately, this stay also involved an undisclosed cat, urine-soiled bathroom rugs, litter throughout the home, and damage to linens and towels that required disposal and replacement. The kitchen and other areas required substantial additional cleaning beyond our normal turnover. We respect every guest’s right to share an honest opinion. We also expect guests to follow the agreed house rules and treat the home with care. We remain committed to maintaining our standards and providing the thoughtful hospitality that brings many of our guests back year after year.
