Wonderful property and host! Beautiful, comfortable, quiet house with location convenient to everything. Kris was incredibly flexible, kind, and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I am so happy to have had Allyson and friends stay at my home. They left the house in great shape which always makes my turn-around so much easier. Happy, too, that one of them is relocating to Albuquerque. I hope they love it here as much as I do!

I have stayed in this property before and it was just as lovely this time. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms have all the supplies you might need, along with extra towels and linens. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host is among the most communicative and helpful of any vacation rental I've stayed in anywhere. It's a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood with shady parking and nice walks but also close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Thanks for another great stay, Kris!

Cozy and clean little house with everything you need plus beautiful art and loads of charm. Close to everything we needed, and so quiet. Loved our stay. Kris provides a great home away from home!

The stay at this home was everything we had hoped it would be. The host was available for any question and easy to communicate with. The home was clean and well stocked. The location is centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this property.

Location is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and close to the airport and shops. Easy access to the freeway. The house is spacious , clean and equipped with quality kitchen wares and huge washing machine and dryer . Felt like home away from home! We highly recommend this place !Kris is a great host!!

Lovely house, quite and the 2 bedrooms was enough for the weekend. The bidet in the master bathrrom, was nice to see. Wasn't far from UNM and The NM Expo.

This was our third time staying at this house. It is always perfectly maintained, well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located so it is easy to get around town or get out of town. Kris is an terrific host and we hope to be back!

Guests like Cynthia and her husband are exactly why I enjoy opening my home via Vrbo. They are easy to talk to, they leave the house in immaculate condition and we finally had a chance to meet in person! Not surprisingly, it was a wonderful visit. We had so much fun talking and getting to know one another.

A friend and I stayed for 3 wonderful nights at Kristin's property. You will have everything you need in a wonderfully appointed, well-stocked, beautiful home. The home was immacuate and very relaxing. It is conveniently located to get everywhere and anywhere in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Kristin was very responsive and a fantastic host.

Kitchen was very well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were stocked with every item to get started. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, independent coffee shops and restaurants. The only change I’d make if it were my own home is blackout shades in the bedrooms. Thanks for a super stay!

Very nice and clean place. Probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Clean, well furnished, great location. Host is responsive and a god communicator. Highly recommended.

This is a great house with a super nice owner in an area of Albuquerque that is wonderful. We had a super nice stay and would rent this house again in a moment if we wanted to return to Albuquerque, give it a try!

A great place to stay in Albuquerque! The house is immaculately clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with the restaurants of Central Avenue a few blocks away and Humble Coffee a few blocks in the other direction. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with, and exceptionally accommodating. My husband and I have stayed here several times, and it has always been a pleasure.

This is our most favorite spot to stay in Albuquerque! Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and an excellent host! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spotless and hot showers. Book it if it’s available!

I am so happy to have these guests as regulars! They are much more than guests, I consider them friends! I left a load of towels in the dryer and was going to have to double back to take care of them and these lovely people saved me the trip! I am truly grateful.

These guests could not have been nicer! Took great care of the house and alerted me to a raccoon trying to make a home in the rafters of the covered deck! I was able to himanely take care of the problem before the next arrivals! We encourage roadrunners. Raccoons? Not so much!!

It was the perfect house for our stay. It was nice to have bodywash and shampoo in the showers. Loved the location because it was right down the street from family that we were visiting. Would definitely stay there again!!

My name is Kris. I am a New Mexico transplant and have lived in Albuquerque since 2005. The NM landscape and culture has grown on me and I am happily rooted here now! I work in the clinical laboratory field in one of the big hospitals in town. It has been a challenging year or so, to say the least. My children both went to high school and college here, but now live out of state.
I am currently living with my significant other not far from the house. I like the idea of having it enjoyed by friends, family and visitors when I am not there.
I was a military brat growing up, so I have had the opportunity to travel and live in some beautiful places. To be in one place for this long enabled me to finally commit to buying a home and putting down roots. I love my little house and am happy to share it with people who will hopefully love it, too! Albuquerque and New Mexico both have so much to offer visitors! Enjoy your stay!

My home is in a beautiful neighborhood filled with young families, retired professionals and friendly people. It is walking distance to Route 66 (Central Avenue) and many of the galleries, shops and restaurants that line that road. The ART busses (Albuquerque Rapid Transit) have stops close by and will whisk you quickly to Old Town and Uptown.
