5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home with everything you need for a weekend or week long stay. Bring your friends, your kids, your boat!!!
Ground level has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living space, and a huge deck with a grill and views of the lake. The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, full sized washer/dryer, sofa sleeper, sectional couch, and tons of open space. Walk out basement to the backyard and the steps down to the dock.
You’ll get some steps in getting down to the water but it is well worth it. A covered boat slip with a swim platform. This is a low traffic cove so no worries about boats coming by and disrupting your swim, kayak, or floating around on a raft.
The front yard is huge and the circular drive and dead end road makes it great for a walk or a bike ride.
5 minutes to a boat ramp, 5 minutes to Twin Creeks marina and swim beach, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Winchester.

We have loved the privacy it provides with such easy access to the main lake. As they are getting older and having busier lives, we think its time to share this incredible family friendly home with all of you to create your own beautiful memories.
