Clean and cute room stocked with everything you need. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and night life. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The pool was beautiful and comfortable. Our host Antonio communicated everything we needed to know about the area and made excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities. My dog was a welcome guest and enjoyed his stay. The Hotel is a little further North so plan meals accordingly( bring a few things) or walk a short distance for lots of restaurants. Overall a great stay and will be back.

Great location

The place and area were great! Walking distance to beach,restaurants,bars etc. The host had great communication and recommended some good places to try, we loved clear sky!

The place is two minutes from the beach by foot. Several very good dining options with in walking distance. Property was clean as was the pool. Wonderful stay.

This VRBO was great! Just as described. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and many good restaurants and watering holes nearby. It's perfect for a couples getaway weekend. The host was kind, and helpful and offered good local suggestions. We would definitely come back to this VRBO. It's off the main strip which we liked since it was still nearby without all of the noise!

Beaches are close

We had a nice stay, I will say the kitchen was not very well stocked, a tv in the bedroom would have been nice. The on sight maintenance was great. Andre took care of all our requests quickly and with a smile. Overall it was great

Good location, clean, accommodating. The air condition was not working on 2nd day and they gave us another room right away. Excellent customer service.

Thank You for a great stay and for let me know about my credit card was on the grounds. That was great service. Just one thing the router light on the bedroom is too shiny and a air antenna should be on the TV. It’s a great place to walk to the beach. We are planning to go back soon.

Beach vacation

Over all it was ok The condo needs better pots pans and dishes .All so more towels since we stayed 6 Days and only had 2 towels per person

Great stay at a great property!

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The property was exactly as described clean, well maintained and short walk to the beach. Antoni and Andre made sure that the minor issue we had with our TV was taken care of, literally in minutes. Restaurant recommendations provided were terrific and we only a few minutes walk to many establishments. We spent 17 nights at the Monaco Vacation property and would definitely book again in the future.

Just as advertised. Easy walk to beach, parking right beside. No hassle. Retro look to 60s. All good. A/C units a bit noisy but i guess that goes with older property!

Winter thaw

My wife and I stayed here for a 2 week January thaw. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, just as the host had said. We walked the beach for miles almost every morning and then returned most days to watch another beautiful sunset. Our room/apartment was just as advertised, so no disappointment there. Free washer and dryer in the complex,was nice bonus. The place is on the northern end of Clearwater Beach and we really enjoyed that. There's a couple of really good restaurants/bars 5 mins away by foot that are literally right on the beach. That was great!

Clearwater Stay

Location is easy walk to beach for sunning and sunsets, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here!
