We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with so much within walking distance. Our AC unit was acting up and maintenance fixed it right away. We appreciated the snacks in the front office and the free washer & dryer. Antoni was great with all communication. Thanks Antoni! Stop by Clear Sky Cafe for happy hour starting at 2. Great drinks and great staff.

Nice getaway

The property is older but they keep it clean, inside and out The room is small but we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time at the beach. Easy walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants and shops.

Clearwater comfort

Cozy, clean and close!!! Our room at Monaco was just the right size for my wife and I. Room was clean and accommodating. The patio area was perfect for lounging in the sun. The beach is seriously a five minute walk away!!! Plenty of good places to eat within a 10 minute walk or less (Palm Pavillion) was our favorite. The host's communication was helpful and sincere. We came for a weekend getaway, but we will be back...

2/10 Terrible

Apartment in Clearwater BeachThe room was clean, I'll give it that. HOWEVER, how it received a 10 out of 10 rating is beyond me. The air conditioner was ineffective. No matter where I set the remote for the AC it still registered 68 degrees. It was so loud that even with ear plugs jammed into my ears I couldn't sleep, and it became too hot during the night which contributed to the sleepless night. When the page boasted three-minutes to the beach it must have meant via car, because there's no way one could get to the beach in three minutes. The lighting was poor within the unit, and the room was small, with a tiny microwave and dorm-sized fridge. There were ample towels, including towels for the beach, but I decided not to spend another sleepless night there, and I forfeited my other three nights and decided to go back home, despite the proprietor's offer to move me to another unit. The entire complex was very dated, and the pool was tiny. In future I shall be very skeptical in using VRBO or trusting its ratings. I must be used to staying in higher-quality facilities than the other reviewers, as the ratings I saw on the post were super highly over-rated in my opinion.

Great little place to stay

Great price for a spot to go to the beach or shop, or just a spot to sleep. Very clean, and what we needed.
