Check in was easy. Terrific location. Parking on public street. If none available, need to pay. Cute place but not for a whole week. Only a few towels provided and laundry is not in unit. The bed was clearly worn in and uncomfortable. The shower water got lukewarm if best. There’s an outside shower with hot water. The host was nice. The first day the shower drain was clogged and they quickly came to fix. The location made it worth it.

Great location. Didn't like having to park in the street or pay for laundry machines. Needed more towels in the bathroom. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella for our use.

This property is almost on Clearwater Beach, and it comes with beach gear (chairs, umbrella) to help you enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is quite tight but functional. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. We lingered on the courtyard most evenings and enjoyed it quite a bit. The mini-split A/C dripped gallons of water on the bedroom floor and soaked one of our bags before we noticed. Luckily the kitchen had a large pot we placed under the leak and emptied every few hours. We enjoyed this VRBO and will consider returning if we find ourselves returning to the area.

The property was very well located and looks just like the photos. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. We were able to cook a nice meal for 2 one night so there are plenty of cooking utensils. Hosts were very quick to respond if we needed them. Super close to beach access which was nice! They provide 2 chairs and an umbrella to carry to the beach. If I have to say anything negative, the umbrella worked but one part was broken. Still served the purpose but a new one would be nice. The washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are across the street at a "sister" unit. Not a big deal, but a little misleading with not providing that information. And lastly, the bed was a little hard and not super comfy, but that's because we prefer a softer bed. All in all, great place for a long weekend. Location is SUPER awesome. Within walking distance to a lot a fun restaurants, bars and shops. I would highly recommend staying here! We hope to go back one day!

Nice Quiet Beach House

Clean, cozy, beach house setting in excellent location. Parking in front not always available but generally was. Better than a veey nice hotel room on the beach.

The location is what sells this place! Just steps from the white-sand beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars, while still being on a quaint, quiet street. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was great.There were a lot of positives. The AC worked fantastic, we had plenty of towels and washcloths—which I really appreciated—and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. The two beach chairs and umbrella provided were also well used during our stay but could use an upgradeTo take this property to the next level. The biggest one is the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and felt poor quality, and the bed frame, pillows, and linens could all use an upgrade. If you own a vacation rental, I think a great mattress and quality bedding are one of those details that can really set your property apart. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable enough that it would keep us from returning unless it is updated. No one wants to wake up with a stiff back on vacation!It would also be great to have beach towels, a cooler, and a few additional beach items such as kickboards or paddleboards available for guests.One other important suggestion is to add lighting around the outdoor steps. They are very difficult to see at night, and we tripped on them several times.Overall, the location and other positives make this property worth the price, and with a few thoughtful upgrades—especially the mattress and bedding—it coul

Short walk to the beach

Cute little studio apartment. Had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the ocean/beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. Will definitely return.

Close to beach

Unit was as advertised-full kitchen, king bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but works great. Street parking was just outside unit on a dead end street and free. The beach is very close and it is just a short walk to restaurants and the trolley stop.

Great beach weekend

Cute and comfortable, although tiny, space! The proximity to the beach is a bonus! Enjoyed a relaxing beach sunset each evening. Cute semi-private patio. We were happy to be able to park on street just outside the unit.

Clean and quiet

The original unit (the one listed) had a problem with the stove and the person managing it moved us across the street to a place that was just as nice! Excellent! Would definitely stay again.
