Large family villa of 1880 in Antibes Center, gr pool, close to the sea

Would you like to spend a relaxing holiday in a typical southern French country house, but do not miss the city with its culinary and cultural activities? !! We have found our dream with this old bastide of 1880, surrounded by a 6000m2 park with 700 year old olive trees, palm trees and cypress trees. The beautiful and picturesque Antibes, the authentic artist town with its impressive marina in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The property consists of 3 parts: Bastide, La Petite Maison and the studio. We tried to preserve the authenticity of the bastide, but to make the rooms in the colors of 'today'. The rooms are all decorated in a calming taupe and linen; the rooms are very authentic and have an idyllic view. The 'chambre maître' also has sea views. There are 4 bedrooms in the main building (all with double beds 160, 180 and 200x200) and 4 modern bathrooms with high quality fittings and also 4 toilets. The petite Maison is an independent small annex with its own entrance, where the stables used to be. It offers 3 rooms, including a kitchen, a living room with a large, child-resistant loft bed or a high-quality sofa bed, and a separate bedroom (all beds 160x200), and a shower room. The apartment is decorated in Provençal style, in warm yellow and terracotta tones and is fully air conditioned. The "Petite Maison" is ideal for guests with children. Outside, sit comfortably on the stone terrace under a patio and listen to the splashing of the Fontaine.

The beautiful "Atelier" loft with about 30m2 impresses with its modern country house style, its very high ceilings, a play of warm natural colors and beautiful light. It invites our guests into their private bathroom in the original natural stone shower. In the very large king size bed (180x200) our guests can relax or rest on the small, private wooden-floor terrace. This accommodation is air conditioned and at ground level.
All together we can offer a holiday home for 16 guests.
The property is ideal for 2 or 3 families or grandparents and you can just relax well or let off steam - the beach is only a 5 minute walk away as well as all shopping. Our property is absolutely quiet and yet in the middle of the city it is surrounded by terraces and small cozy sitting areas in our park-like property Of course, there is also a large Weber grill for great BBQ's. You can chill comfortably in the covered outdoor lounge or dine under the large dining table Patio or in the Dining Wintergarden (up to 14 people). Hidden in an old water cistern there is a great outdoor bathroom. Relax on comfortable teak loungers by the large, fenced and alarm-protected pool (12x6m). For the athletes you will find a basketball court and a ping pong available.

The price includes everything, linen, towels, internet and satelites (Astra), 3D Flat TV, electricity & water and parking. Also included is a cleaning lady for 5 hours / week (for the bathrooms and floors + dusting) and a pool master (1x / week). The final cleaning is extra. You have a house manager in case of any problems.
