Wonderful condo!!! Close to the beach and main strip of Clearwater…just as close as large condo buildings but much more reasonably priced and VERY clean! Would stay again :)

The pool and rental unit was great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very attentive and helpful from when we booked to when we checked out

Great location

Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Pool was nice and heated. No bathroom by the pool and nobody works in the office, but not that big of a deal.. I would stay here again.

Short stay

Rug needs to be replaced. Tripping hazard. Smelled pot from next door. Could use more comfortable seating for 3 adults. Beds are wonderful. Bathroom could use updating. Always had hot water.parking was close. Easy to find. Close to beach.

Timeliness

Booked the Fourth weekend a week before. Very happy with the scheduling. Check in was very easy. Property as advertised. Very clean, aged but everything you need is there. The pool was very nice. Watched fireworks from there. Beach a very short walk. Host was very accommodating. He gave updates and recommendations daily. Would return

Disappointed

We felt the pictures were not telling of the actual property. Our view was of a fence and we thought it would be of the pool. The kitchen had very few supplies. The couch was dirty. Not enough towels. Would be a fine place for a college student.

Exactly as described

Property was exactly as described with everything you need for a short or long stay. The beach access is a very short walk, literature across the street. They have beach chairs at the property to take qith you if you'd like. The pool was very nicely heated which was pefect for the cooler days. Beds were comfy and the air worked great. There is a shared washer and dryer with no fee that was also a nice surprise. You xan walk the strip from the location. Its about a 15 minute walk to the pier. You can walk the beach and pick out shells on your way. Antoni had some great recommendations for food and bars. He was very quick to answer any questions or respond to messages. My personal recommendation would be to take a trip to Bakery Makel for empanadas, sandwiches, coffee and delicious desserts. I wish i found that place sooner. It's about a 15 minute drive away. You can stop at Rumbas for a drink. BRING WASHCLOTHES. They don't offer these. No biggie. Walgreens had a pack for 3.99. Id stay again.
