Enjoy this coastal 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment 50 steps from the white powder sands of Clearwater Beach. Private patio leads out to protected tropical courtyard and private parking. Sleeps 4 adults with queen bed and sleeper sofa in living room. Everything you need to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
*Recently renovated *Full Kitchen *Central Heat and Air *Queen-Sized Beds *Smart TV in living area and second bedroom *Washer and Dryer on Site *Tropical Courtyard with BBQ *Beach Chairs and Umbrellas *Nearby Pool, Tennis, and Gym *Trolley Stop at the Corner *Monthly Rates Available

Coconut Palm sleeps 4, Buccaneer Palm sleeps 6, and Royal Palm sleeps 8. Palm Place is perfect for family reunions, multiple family vacations, and wedding parties. Book all four units and enjoy your private oasis on Clearwater Beach!
Palm Place on Clearwater Beach is located on the number one rated beach in the nation for 2019. Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. Close by on Island Estates is the Clearwater Beach Aquarium where the movie Dolphin Tale was filmed. The nearby Pier 60 has a wonderful playground for kids and entertainment and vendors on weekend evenings. Clearwater Recreation Center and Aquatic Center are nearby with a children’s pool, lap pool, tennis courts, and gym. Many shopping and dining options are a short walk or trolley ride away.
Additional Information:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Feb-April Weekly. Rest of year 3 Night Minimum Rentals.
Laundry available for guests staying a minimum of one week.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
Small Pets OK-25 lb or under with additional pet fee
No Parties.

Clearwater Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. With its wide white sandy coast, it is perfect for walking, sunning, and castle building! The waters are usually calm, so perfect for wading and floating. Palm Place, being towards the North end of the beach, is located in a quieter, more relaxing area. However, if you desire the hustle and bustle, you can take a short walk or trolley ride south to shops, bars, and restaurants.
