Relaxing home with private pool near center of Cozumel. 1.5 mile to the ocean.
This lovely house is spacious with an open concept living, dinning and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite baths. Tall ceilings with A/C in each room and in the living space. The upstairs bedrooms are oversized. There is a beautiful patio around a private pool with a water feature. The master bedroom upstairs opens to a relaxing terrace. The bedroom downstairs opens to the pool area. Outdoor dining area by the pool. Just 1.5 miles to the ocean and oceanside shopping and restaurants.
Kitchen is well equipped, and the appliances have been updated.
All doors are wheelchair and walker accessible. There is a private driveway and is gated.
NOTE: entire house has a water filtration system, so no bottled water is needed.
Property Manager is happy to assist you with scheduling a taxi or renting car, Jeep, scooter or a bike. She also can schedule you in-home nursing care if needed or schedule the laundry service.

Now I would like to share my Cozumel home on with you. While I am not on the Island when the house is rented, the property manager is right next door and will help you with your various needs during your stay.

The upstairs terrace is very relaxing with as lounge chairs.
