Beautiful LARGE Private Home with Private Pool, Hot Tub, Party Deck

When the dishwasher issue was reported, our local team responded promptly and assessed the situation. We remained responsive throughout your stay and worked to offer support and resolution options. Regarding the concern about odor, this is not a recurring or commonly reported issue at the home. As reflected across many past guest experiences, the property is consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and supported by a highly attentive local team. That said, we still took your feedback seriously and have since re-inspected the plumbing system to ensure everything is functioning properly. We regret that the situation did not meet your expectations, despite our efforts to address it during your stay. I am so happy to hear that the house was stunning but disappointed to hear about the pool. I will discuss with the property manager right away. I was also so sad to hear that you guys had to cut your stay short. You are more than welcome to use your remaining time when the house is available. Just let me know when you'd like to stay and I'll block the time for you. I hope everything is going well with you and your family. I'd love to have you guys back in the home. :)

There were definitely maintenance issues that needed addressing during the guests' stay and I appreciated all the feedback. Casa Cascada now has a NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY to ensure this does not happen again. All maintenance issues have been resolved and we will be spending 4 weeks personally bringing the house back up to our standards. There are a few other things I would like to address. Electricity is more expensive than USA. This guest stayed 42 nights, was responsible for all utilities and still received a refund of $295 (from an $800 deposit) with multiple guests coming and going throughout the stay. They were notified prior to arrival that there was no snorkeling gear (due to multiple replacements) and it would not be available for future guests. There are indeed 3 bikes in the home, 2 adult and 1 child. I take great pride in my home that I built from scratch and stock it with items and gear that I would personally use.
