This is a wonderful property just outside of Middleburg, perfect for going to the Film Festival. It has everything you need plus many thoughtful touches like pastries, milk, butter, and eggs in the fridge, extras if you forgot anything, etc. And it’s beautiful! You will not regret being booking it!

Lynn was an amazing host and had so many special touches throughout the guesthouse. A lovely property. I would stay again and highly recommend this property to others.

We stayed one night for a wedding nearby. Awesome and beautiful property. Lots of perks and little extras that put our visit over the top. Will definitely try and come back!!

A slice of peaceful paradise in Middleburg!!Gorgeous, spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with so many, generous extra touches…a bottle of wine in the fridge, farm fresh eggs, coffee…I’ll save some (many more)to surprise you! Lynn is a fabulous, caring host - communication was timely and so helpful! Book it! You won’t regret it! Thank you Lynn!!

Excellent stay, communicative host. Spacious for two, will be back! Just a couple minutes away from beautiful wineries. We went to Tremolo Bar for dinner and it was excellent.

Absolutely amazing retreat! The host was fantastic- great communication and had nice little treats for us upon arrival. Wine, farm fresh eggs, dog treats for our bulldog. Cannot wait to return to this beautiful cabin!

Lynn went above and beyond all expectations for a host. She supplied all the basic necessities you would need. The house was clean and spacious and the property is picture perfect!

We had a lovely time. Very well appointed. Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent location. We especially loved the kitchen, comfortable bed, and fireplace (all ready to light!).

Mrs Lynn Lilly pad guest house is amazing!!! It’s a home away from home very close to downtown Middleburg shops and wineries.My wife and I can’t wait to come back to enjoy this retreat country side guesthouse.the kitchen was amazing!!the bed room and bathroom was very comfortable and large living room space was more than enough space for relaxing thank you very much for the hospitality Mrs Lynn.

We booked this guesthouse last minute for an overnight getaway & couldn’t have been happier. Perfect place for a quiet couple’s recharge. Bring food to cook, gourmet kitchen is well equipped & great space. Steam shower was a true luxury & the bed, pillows & bedding were very comfortable. Tons of treats from our host & very reachable via online chat for any questions. Thank you Lynn.

Wonderful trip to Middleburg

My wife and I had a great stay with our dog. The house was clean and well stocked for us. The location is great, close to everything we wanted. We would recommend to anyone else looking for a nice peaceful getaway.

Birthday getaway

So many great things about Lynn and the property. We definitely plan to return. Middleburg and the many nearby excellent vineyards make this the perfect spot.

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely night on the gorgeous property. The guest house itself was perfect and the additional personal touches (handwritten note, bottle of wine, fresh croissants and local eggs, bedside chocolates) just added to the already well accommodated stay (kitchen essentials, lovely soaps and room sprays, toiletries) made us feel like we were staying at a friends home. Perfect location, stunning views and just an all around wonderful stay. We will be back!

Top-notch hospitality and views

The hosts were extremely thoughtful and generous. They communicated quickly, and the property was wonderful. Great accommodations and excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, and gourmet chef’s kitchen.

Beautiful and convenient location

Loved staying here - had a one night stay to be in town for the Upperville Horse Show. Beautiful and serene place! Enjoyed it so much even in the brief time we were there. Would love to come back again!
