Perfect Home

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks, while our daughter attended a dance program at USF. The house is just beautiful and spotless. The pool is a dream, and the view of the lake is gorgeous to wake up to each morning. We especially loved how quiet, peaceful and serene the location was. My children especially loved watching the beautiful birds on the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A wonderful home away from home!

This property was better than advertised. The cleanliness was top tier! A wonderful location and quiet community! I had all check in and check out info as well as all info needed upon arrival. I didn’t have to ask for anything! My three year old and husband stayed in the pool ALL DAY! The temperature in the pool is perfect! Thank you again for opening up your beautiful home.

The bar area was a mess. My wife had to clean all of it before being used. Weeds growing up through the cracks and bricks of the pool deck. I was told the pool was heated by solar and the weather leading up to Thanksgiving for several weeks was 80 degrees. Still the pool was very cold and unusable.

Thank you for letting me know about those issues, Bill! I am sorry for any inconvenience. Those are all things the caretaker and cleaning crew should have taken care of and I will work on those. Unfortunately solar panels heating system is not as effective as electric, the pool can be cold from Nov to Jan if night time temperatures are low. I did mention that before booking.

A great stay!

From the very beginning our host was responsive and extremely cooperative. We had a few requests that were met with polite and timely responses. The home was as advertised and VERY WELL supplied with utensils, glasses, plates etc. The pool was well cleaned and a pleasant place to spend time. The house provided ample space for our family Christmas celebrations. The neighborhood AND neighbors were wonderful and welcoming (even though we surprised them with an on call County Sherriffs vehicle parked in the driveway!!!If you are looking for a great home for your visit, this is the place!!!

Felt Like Home!

This was such a beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. Me and my best friends really enjoyed the comfort of the house. Everything needed was there. The owner was very responsive. This is definitely a place I would rent again. The only thing I would suggest is more washcloths and towels. Also dishcloths and not just sponges. But we made it work. Thank you!

Clean, quiet and relaxing home.

First of all, thank you to Mariyah who is a very responsive and gracious host. This home is extremely clean and comfortable and well appointed. There were only 3 of us, but there is plenty of space for a few more to stay comfortably. The pool, bar and bbq out back are all nice to have. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is well stocked and I love the thoughtful details like bath soap in the showers, extra toilet paper, use of the garage and helpful instructions and location booklet for guests. Check out the nearby Sterling Cypress Tree Bird Sanctuary on Providence Ridge. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
