Lakefront Villa with Heated pool and Spa
Summary:
Conveniently located.... Tranquil lakefront 4 bedroom home. Spacious covered front porch lanai and POOL overlooking the canal. Check out the lake in one of our kayaks. You can also bring your own boat as it is a ski lake. Fenced back yard.
Each bedroom has a 43" wall mounted TV and the family room has a 70" wall mounted TV. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. You just bring the food. We provide all linens, towels, Pool/beach towels.
The Space:
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We want you to enjoy your vacation and know you will our home. We have thought of everything so you can simply relax and enjoy your time!
Convenient location with all the amenities for the best vacation! Restaurants and shopping are also close by. The home is located minutes to the Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens & the convention center. Disney World is an hour drive. Area beaches are 20-60 minutes depending on which beach you choose.
Guest Access:
Private pool and fully fenced backyard. Lake access from yard. Explore on one of our kayaks
The Neighborhood:
Lakefront neighborhood and our home is lakefront. There is a community park. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is less than a mile from the house. Busch Gardens is 5 minutes.
Getting Around:
I’d recommend a car. Although Uber’s are convenient.

Everything was perfect the house was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with the supplies you need, loads of towels, and a kitchen full of utensils and cookware, plus a washer and dryer. The best part was the view from the back porch, right on a beautiful, private lake with kayaks available. It was so relaxing, and we just wish we could have spent more time there between our trips to Busch Gardens, which was only 15 minutes away. The host was also great at communicating, no issues at all. Absolutely wonderful.

Inside the house was fine. Nice and clean. Outside photographs were out dated. Areas shown in photos are now overgrown, unkempt and covered with vegetation debris. Kids play fort was un-useable due to overgrowth and vegetation debris. Dock past chain link fence needed to be trimmed back. Dried vegetation was nearly knee high.

Air conditioning was great, i was freezing most of the time. The kitchen was fine, it had most everything, it did need some scissors and some extra small spoons. Also the front left eye of the stove did not work. The oven however was amazing, it normally cooked things before even the shortest suggested time on the box. Thats never a bad thing, it's just something to note so other people will be aware. The dryer catches strings at the top part of the dryer, meaning the string will get stuck and twist the clothing. The pool and hot tub were definitely a hot commodity! The location to everything was nice. The main reason i got this place was because its distance to busch gardens(10-15 mins depending on traffic).

Just what we needed
The house is a one level 4 bedroom home. The pool and hot tub was great. We would stay here again.

Great Property!
Amazing location and amenities. Pool was kept clean during our stay & renter was very friendly and quick to respond. We had a great time and would definitely book this property again.

Ideal stay
We really enjoyed staying here for my son's birthday. He enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. There was plenty of room for the family. Close to the aquarium and other things we wanted to do

Family friendly home Made a great home base for our vacation.

Perfect house for a family
This was a great house for our family of 7. We had enough room for all of us. It was in a great location for everything we needed to do.

Very nice
We enjoyed our stay and everything was very nice. It is an older house that has been nicely renovated. The bathrooms were well supplied and bed were very comfortable.

Great place to stay
The host was very accommodating and we were lucky to get this place due to hurricane Ian. Very clean and friendly neighborhood. The pool, hot tub and kayaks gave us plenty to do and the fire pit was nice for smores and the cooler nights from the weather. Very close to Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Casino!
