A Great Place to Stay!

This was a wonderful place to call ‘home’ for a couple of weeks. The host was wonderfu; she replied promptly to any questions we had. The house was very clean, with a nice sized kitchen, living room with large tv, laundry, and four nice bedrooms. The master suite had a bathroom off of it, and the three other rooms shared a centrally located bathroom. It was beautiful weather, and the backyard setup was such a bonus—fenced in privacy with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast out in the fresh morning air.The chair on the front porch was nice to sit outside and read as well. The driveway area was well-lit, which made it was to locate. Definitely recommend!!

A Short Stay

The home is a diamond in the rough. The interior was nicely updated and all stores and restaurants were within a short distance of the home. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The property is beautiful and communication with the host was stellar. We left early because of the hurricane but it was easy to clean up and endure all was good before we left. If I had just one recommendation it would be to get new mattresses as the beds are pretty uncomfortable, not terribly so but they could use an upgrade. Otherwise, no complaints from us. It was easy in and easy out! Will look to stay again :-)

Tampa stay

This was a great experience for our first vacation without our children. We loved every minute of being here. Property manager was super responsive, the place is well kept and it made this trip extremely comforting. I would recommend to anyone 10/10.

Overdue Vacation

To keep it short. All of our needs were met with this property. The host was great at communicating which is really important. We felt like we were at home here and when we do take another trip back to Tampa this will be where we book.

Love the place

Real nice place, love the decorations. Everything you need for your getaway is there. The washer and dryer were really helpful. Easy check in and out, A recommendation air fryer and blender 😃

Wonderful Getaway

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised. Very well kept, clean, all the amenities. LOVED the firepit! Contacted Sylvia a couple of times and she answered right away. Very helpful. Was the perfect getaway for a very relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back!

Great host! Very clean! Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive and welcoming. The house was well maintained and perfect for a family and pet. The backyard was fenced in and roomy with stuff for kids to play with including a tree swing. We really enjoyed the fire pit on the cooler nights. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had!! Silvia was an exceptional host!!

Great Place to Stay

I would recommend staying here. Nice fenced yard with toys for kids. Place was very clean and lots of extras. Large refrigerator for family meals. Only suggestion I have is a small step stool to reach dishes for short people 😁

great place

We only had a short stay at the property but it was perfect. The backyard is great - fully fenced in with a swing, climbing rope and kids’ toys. The house was so clean, nicely decorated and looked to be relatively recently updated. Silvia (the host) was exceptional at answering messages and she was so accommodating and kind. If we ever come back to the area and need accommodations, I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall great.

The house was great, the sheets needed a wash when we got there in one of the rooms, but it was really nice. The kitchen has a lot of utensils for cooking at the house to save on food for longer stays. Warning, one of the rooms only has a single bed, so more suitable for kid.

Absolute wonderful owner and home

Silvia was a gem! We were to stay when a hurricane was approaching and Silvia made us comfortable with the location and safety of the home. We also were running into issues with a possible delay on the closing of our new home and she held extra days for us if needed. She responded immediately to any questions. The home is decorated beautifully and has thing’s for almost everything you’d need. I would recommend the home. The only thing I would recommend is that the grass be cut as it was quite high. It is FL so it could have been due to rain.

Nice accommodations

The home eas very nice, clean and appropriately stocked. Communication with hist was top-notch. Backyard was great for grilling and lounging. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Baths were nicely appointed and immaculate. Great stay all around.

Beautiful inside the house!!!

It was so nice staying in a house versus a motel room this time. Had everything we needed pots pans whatever, even a charcoal barbecuer. We had a good time and we actually had to bump up our amount of people in the house at last minute and owner was cool with everything and very easy to work with. The house is very nice inside bathrooms bedrooms everything looks very good A decent backyard barbecuer nice big tree for shade. About 20 minutes from St Pete Pier 30 minutes from Clearwater. We would probably rent again if we end up in the area!!

A nice house but quite a drive through traffic to beaches. Rental not as advertised.

It is a lovely house and Silvia was very nice and attended to any issues right away. However, the Rental unit advertises that 8 can stay there. Yes there is enough beds, but the table only seats 4 people and the kitchen is not stocked with enough plates or other essentials. There was only 1 tea towel for drying dishes. I purchased my own water pitcher, ice cube trays and tea towels, paper towels, dish soap and Kleenex from dollar store as well as a few other essentials that were needed during my stay. Yard is completely covered with oak leaves and acorns. If you have a dog make sure you watch them as eating oak leaves and acorns can be toxic for dogs. There was also a dead bird in back yard. My dog started to experience stomach issues during our stay and my vet thinks she got into something in the back yard. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the garburator. The device got clogged my last day and we were charged for the repair. Make sure you ask for a list of what can go down it before you use it. Overall , all we had a lovely time. The home is not too far from downtown Tampa. Enjoyed going to the Riverwalk, the Aquarium and various restaurants. My favourite restaurant was The Columbian. However, the home is about 45 min to an hour to Disney or to Clearwater beach. I think I will rent a place closer to st Petersburg or Clearwater beach area the next time I decided to vacation in Florida.

Its spacious, modern and clean. The back yard is completely fenced but you still have a view to a canal and grassy area. No backdoor neighbors.
There is a large oak tree in the backyard that bring peace and serenity. Perfect for relaxing or cooking outside.
