This cozy cabin has open main floor plan and sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, den, living room with wood fireplace. Washer/dryer, gametable, darts, yard games, gas grill, deck overlooking a river with a swimming hole, private firepit area, privacy fence. Easy in/out right off Rt 100 - Walk to restaurants/brewery. Mt. Views from the front porch/yard.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Private and peaceful with views of the creek and surrounding woods. Clean, stocked and organized with two updated bathrooms. Great location for our motorcycle trip exploring the endless scenic roads of Vermont. We would definitely stay here again.

Sean and Jeremy provided a fabulous rental home for our stay. The house was as described, clean and prefect. They have provided alot of information for the area. Wewill definitely be back. My mom is lining into a trip in this area and I will absolutely recommend this place to her on her trip with her friends!

Cozy, comfortable house in a great location, just a few minutes from Mt. Snow. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

Ski weekend

Wonderful time staying at the river house. It was cozy and had all the amenities plus it was just a short drive to the mountain!

Thoughtfully Supplied and Great Location

The location is great, close to everything yet still manages to be private. Very nicely setup for skiing and for families as well. We were really impressed with how well stocked the property was and you could tell they put a great deal of thought into the needs of guests. We loved our week there!

It was a seemless get away! Everything we needed. It was hard to leave the cozy abode. Loved the location and the roaring river behind the house. It was well stocked, clean and welcoming. Thank you for making it so lovely.

Place was as advertised…home was clean and well stocked. Only a short drive to Mount Snow resort, and an even shorter drive to several shops and restaurants. We got a couple inches of snow a few days during our stay, and the driveway was plowed every time.

Very clean with thoughtful touches. One of our group forgot their toothbrush and there were some supplied. The river was relaxing and we enjoyed floating around the swimming hole.

Great Location

This house is one of the cleanest we have stayed at, and has almost everything you need. The location is great if you want a homebase on Rte 100, however, the porch and running water behind the house is one of the best hidden gems!Please know if the house is rented before you, you will not get your arrival information until the day you arrive. We will definitely be back!

Clean and convenient!!

Owner did lots to make guest comfortable. Flat screen TVs in every room. Extra toiletries. Central air. Plenty of paper goods, tissues, etc.. EZ check-in and check out process. River was swimmable-ez in and out. Great bakery about 700 ft. from property. You could walk to get groceries as well. Great communication from owner as well.

Fantastic!!

This property has everything you’d like for a summertime stay! I’m sure winter with Mt. Snow right down the street would be fantastic as well.It has a nice swimming hole in the back of the property we fully enjoyed! Grill and fire pit were also a great to have. The house has everything you’d need for relaxing and cooking meals. Felt right at home.TV in the living room was bigger than in the photos. If you forgot something they probably have it, if not there’s a Shaws around 15 min away. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Jeremy and Sean you are great hosts!!

The property was great. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Location was good and the river was beautiful. Definitely look forward to staying here again
