Loved it

We were celebrating my birthday with a matching pajama sleep over and the spacing was phenomenal !! The house felt like home .. the neighborhood was quite and peaceful ❤️

First time in Jacksonville

Our stay went really well. The house was clean, organized, and safety measures in place. The neighborhood and surrounding area were also nice. The hosts responded in a timely manner when contacted.

Read before booking

The host was initially helpful in communicating with us to know the local weather conditions due to a hurricane. We were able to make the trip and initially were pleased with the house when we arrived. As we got settled in, we noticed some concerns. The security panel facing the living room has a camera on it. We immediately contacted the host, who told us there is no camera inside of the home. We contacted VRBO who confirmed that there is in fact a camera on this model security camera (it is clearly a camera on top of the panel), but that it only takes photos when you touch the panel. The hosts denial of this and insistence that a camera doesn’t exist was frustrating. Be warned- there is a camera but it does not take Live Photos apparently. Knowing this would have saved us hours of concern. The outside of the home was well maintained and our kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There were some concerns as we stayed throughout the weekend - we discovered on day two that there were wet clothes (bras etc) left in the washing machine. The walls are very dirty. The pots and pans are horribly chipped teflon. There are k cups provided but a regular coffee maker and no Keurig. There was a melted dishwasher pod in the dishwasher. There are very few kitchen items (no measuring cup, strainer, etc.) and the items that were provided- like a can opener, were broken. Overall, the home was fine but we would not give this a 5 star review by any means.

Perfect location

Very comfortable place with enough room for 4 adults to not be in each others way. Perfect location for our needs. Kitchen had everything needed.

Great stay

Overall was a good stay. Beds were comfortable and the house was as advertised. We did have one hiccup on the A/C not working properly but the owners were quick to resolve the problem. Thank you again for assisting with that, would likely stay there again in the future.

Excellent House

We were very happy with this property. House was clean, beds very comfortable in general we felt like been at home. The host was excellent answered all our question fast. Definitely will recommend this house!

Wonderful Property

The property was exactly as described. The hosts are very diligent and communicative. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. The home is well appointed and the decor is modern and tasteful. Great stay. We would come back again if ever in the area.

Perfect Retreat!

If you are looking for a perfect retreat for your family, this place is it! Located in a newly built neighborhood in a great area so it was nice to know and feel that my kids were safe! The check-in process was simple and smooth and the house had all the amenities that you needed and made you feel as if you were at home. Great communication from the property manager from the day of check-in, to the day of check-out! They also made sure to check in on you during your stay to make sure you were setting in ok 👍 Overall great experience & beautiful home! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Comfortable & Cozy

The place was very pleasant and comfortable. My family & I enjoyed movie night on the big sofa. This place had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay in jacksonville

The check In process was very simple and it was very easy to communicate with the property managers. The house was so beautiful and clean. It truly felt like home away from home. My only concern would be the water pressure in the showers but other than that it was amazing and I would definitely stay again.

Me and my family enjoying our stay at the nice vacation home. Perfect for my family of 4. House was clean and had everything we needed. Located in a good location. Everything you need in the area. And close to jacksonville zoo.

Wild card weekend celebration

Spent the weekend in Jacksonville to celebrate the Jaguars excellent season. This jewel was located close to the airport and stadium. Accommodations were wonderful with many extra little touches like bottled water and snacks. I would give more than a 5 star rating if possible. Quaint, intimate and cozy. Vanessa. K.
