Dave gave restaurant recommendations that helped navigate the area and made our trip even better. The home was great and included a very well stocked kitchen.

This home has plenty of room for a large group. It even has a small playroom for small children; our granddaughter enjoyed playing in it! The kitchen is will appointed with dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and baking dishes. The fenced back yard offers privacy from the busy streets. The host even supplied coffee, cream and sugar for the drip coffee pot. Convient location to the zoo and Grants Farm. Nice home and host!

Dave’s property far exceeded our expectations! Beautifully appointed home and property. You absolutely could want for nothing else in the kitchen! It has everything and anything you could think of. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. The perfect stay for the 6 of us. Definitely returning to this home in St. Louis!

We needed a VRBO for a family wedding. This one was fantastic. Everyone had a fabulous stay and asked me to keep the house on our list for a place to stay when we all visit St. Louis. Our little grandchildren were so sad to leave. The location is right across the street from Tower Grove Park. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The house was well stocked and we were able to make use of the lovely kitchen for homemade breakfasts.We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one is at the top of our list!!!!

This is easily one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. It has been beautifully renovated and is spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There is plentiful and convenient parking. The A/C worked great, even on the third floor- which is not always the case in older homes. Dave, the host, is very easy to communicate with. The location across the street from Tower Grove Park is perfect for early morning walks among the towering trees. I would stay here again when in St. Louis

This house was fantastic! The location was so convenient, with the park across the street and walkable to restaurants and a little store. Beds were so comfortable and every convenience was provided with extra pillows, toiletries, extra blankets in almost every room including the living spaces. The kitchen has ever gadget we needed and the backyard was great for relaxing and hanging out. Host is quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was perfect for a large family. Kitchen was extremely well appointed and had some complimentary snacks. Lyft was there within 5 minutes of a ride request, great location! We would definitely return if in the area!

Other than the noise from the street (I live in the country so cities always sound noisy to me) this was a GREAT find. Really well equipped, and the owner immediately responded to any questions I had. There was ample space, lots of bathrooms, and a wonderful dining room for us to end our day in. THANK YOU! Amanda

Host was exceptional on communication. House was located close to everything. Arch, Zoo, City Museum, etc. Easy access off the interstate, plenty of street parking for 4-6 vehicles. Home is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of space for 5 families. We had a great time!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host was very responsive, the house was spotless, and it was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again when we return to St Louis!

The house was wonderful! It had everything you could possibly need (and then some)! The homeowner was very accessible. For a 3 story house, the ac worked great (which isn’t always the case)! And our granddaughter loved the secret hideout on the top floor!

Our stay at this house was excellent from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything looked and felt freshly cleaned, which made it very comfortable for our family. Our host Dave was responsive, and proactive with communication, providing clear check‑in instructions. The space was very family‑friendly, with plenty of room for the kids, thoughtful touches, and a safe, quiet environment where everyone could relax. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a clean, welcoming place to stay

This house is perfect for a family getaway in St Louis! The house is fully stocked with supplies! The park is across the street and restaurants in walking distance! Highly recommended for a visit!

We loved everything about the house. It’s well stocked with everything you could need- more than any other property we have rented. It’s even nicer in person than in the listing pictures. Location is great with plenty of parking. The host was very accommodating and great with communication. You won’t be disappointed!
