Welcome to this Lakeside Retreat. This cozy waterfront property offers stunning lake views and access to a private beach. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and an outdoor deck for relaxing and watching the sunsets. Perfect for a family getaway or romantic escape. This property is also just a short drive to downtown Burlington for shopping and dining. Unwind in the hot tub, cool down in the pool or simply soak in the natural beauty of Malletts Bay!
This cottage built in 1910 has been recently renovated but still maintains it's historic and rustic charm!
MAIN LEVEL
- Kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave)
- Dining room with seating for 6
- Full bathroom with shower
- Living room with 50" TV
- Daybed and pull out couch
*Please note guests 5 and 6 would sleep on daybed/pull out couch in living room*
UPSTAIRS
- 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 32" TV
*Please note you must walk though bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2*
OUTDOOR AREA
- Stock pool
- Hot tub
*Please note servicing of the hot tub and pool to occur every Friday.
- Propane grill
- Deck with seating to enjoy the incredible view
Water toys available Memorial Day to Labor Day - WEATHER DEPENDENT
The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended.
