This stylish space offers a prime location on Lake Champlain, luxurious room sizes, and gorgeous views make for the perfect getaway with friends and family. This space is located on the outskirts of downtown Burlington, with only a 10 minute drive to restaurants, nightlife and activities making it a great spot to stay if you`re looking for a night out or relaxing beachfront. Off street parking and nice back yard equipped with BBQ grill and picnic table, come stay- relax and enjoy!

Other than a rainy Sunday watching our daughter run the marathon, getting to dry and warm up by the fire was a god send. The view from the deck overlooking Lake Champlain was amazing.

The place is stunning, all state of the art kitchen appliances and seem less check in and check out, they have everything you need and the host is super communicative and responsive. We had an issue with spiders on the porch and someone came and cleaned up the webs! Bugs are part of lake living but this was so helpful and really appreciated!!

Beautiful Lake Retreat

Everything about this home was nice and the lake views were absolutely stunning. We grabbed a VRBO because it was more cost effective than a hotel for each of us as we were working in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a beautiful location and very clean. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome lake rental

The location is beautiful right on the lake. Easy access to water sports and paddle boards are provided. Stephanie was VERY responsive and helpful. House is well appointed and clean. Comfortable beds. Great vacation spot.

Family Reunion

We loved the house. It was so close to the beach, we spent a lot of time on the lake, with the paddle boards and kayaks. It was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to questions.

Love this place

Beautiful property. Comfortable and clean with all the necessities of home. Plenty of room for eight adults. Amazing view of the lake. Cozy deck with fire pit. Very responsive property manager. We’ll be back.

UVM Visit

We brought both sets of grandparents with us and our dog to visit our freshman daughter at UVM. The house was an easy 20-minute drive to UVM. The house met all our expectations and we would definitely look to book again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Better for a small group as there is no dishwasher. House was small but beautiful! Neighborhood is a little run down. However, very convenient to Burlington.

Beautiful Spot!

This house couldn't have worked out better for the group we had. We were within reach of everything we planned (hiking, disc golf, brewery hopping, etc.), the place was easy to find, check in/out was a breeze, and the house came with just about everything we needed. Having lake access and a gorgeous view were just the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a medium-to-large group of friends that not only want to explore Burlington, but the surrounding area too.

Beautiful Lakefront

The property was beautifully located right on the lake and overall was very well kept. Though we had difficulty getting the property manager to respond in a timely matter, we were able to access the property upon our arrival. In general, it was a very nice stay, though keep in mind there is very little within walking distance as far as restaurants. The closest one to us happened to be closed so we needed to Uber into town for dinner/breakfast.

Winter Get-Away

The house was spacious, clean and bright. Right on the lake with great views, however be aware it is on a busy street. We were there in the winter and it was busy, I'm guessing the summer months might be busier. Cozy gas fireplace was a plus for a very cold winter weekend. Bedroom temperatures upstairs were erratic, some rooms extremely hot and others cold. No dishwasher and some of the pans for cooking were worn and questionable. Overall a good solid house with plenty of room for a weekend gathering.

Zen beauty

Those property is instant relaxing and comfort. Even nyvkids were so comfort that they didn't want to leave for dinner, asked us to bring food back. Words don't do the view justice... There are no words. The view is good fort the heart... It is so calming. I love that the dining room table looks out onto the beautiful calming serene lake. Curling up by there for place was also great. We loved three house so much we didn't even turn the tv on. Also there was a great book on the tablet with activities, restaurants and activities around town. I loved it so much I want to come back. I've also shared with friends.
