**For one to two people, using only one bedroom, the rate will be $220 per night. Price will be adjusted with your reservation request.**

The Mulberry Street Cottage is our newest unit, and is five blocks from the downtown Beaufort waterfront. This two bedroom/two bathroom, completely remodeled cottage, rivals our "Bungalow" (property #1257580), "Carriage House" (property #339427), and "Hideaway"(property #3777505ha).

The Mulberry Street Cottage has a beautiful open living room with a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, and full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the second full bathroom. Large, updated kitchen with stainless farmhouse sink, quartz countertops and bar.

Spend time in the sunroom, outside on the large back deck, or on the front porch on the rocking chairs. There is a Weber grill for your use on the back deck.

We have partnered with The Beaufort Cart Company for golf cart rentals. Please inquire with us for discounts.

Bikes are available for your use.

Very cute, comfortable and spotless home. It included everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area of town and is a short drive to the main shopping and dining area of Beaufort. Very convenient to everything. A big pear tree in the backyard that was loaded with fruit! Enjoyed our stay!

This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. Very clean and well stocked. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect. Great kitchen, ample room for 2 people, and comfortable furniture throughout. It was nice to sit out on the back deck or even in the sitting room at the rear of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Another awesome stay

This property is still cozy and lovely on our second visit. It has comfy bedding and an open floorplan. The sunroom is so enjoyable; and the location is an easy 15-minute walk to Front street. We would love to stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Beaufort. The Mulberry cottage was perfect. The host was a pleasure to work with and super friendly. Most definitely will return in the future. I highly recommend this Vrbo and they also can provide golf cart service for convenience of getting around Beaufort. We had a wonderful stay.

Labor Day Weekend Get away

The house is lovely, immaculate, and just as pictured. Short distance to main downtown area, yet a quiet neighborhood. Steve is easy to work with, responsive, and provides advice without being overbearing. We look forward to a return stay!

We tell our friends who visit that once you arrive in Beaufort and park your car, you will not need it for a week. There are 16 fantastic restaurants within 2 blocks and lots of locally owned shops within a few minutes walk. The NC Maritime Museum with Blackbeard's Queen Anne's Revenge exhibit is around the corner. Other attractions include the Beaufort Historic Grounds, The Old Burying Grounds, historic homes tours and plenty of water activities.
