This 3 bedroom with 2 full baths is located on the third floor and is fully furnished and fully equipped including washer and dryer. The unit has 3 TVs, 2 DVD and 1 internet access.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
This unit has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite countertops and all new fixtures.
The property provides a large Gulf side heated pool for you to enjoy your vacation!
Time flies when you are so much fun! You want to enjoy shelling, fishing, biking and building the best sand castles as you watch the sunset!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive. The interior of the condo itself could use some updating and deep cleaning.

Great location and beautifully furnished. The property owner was very responsive there was a mix up with the housekeeping services. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The condo was great, sunset views remarkable. Everything we needed and great location. This will be our new spot. Only downfall no bathrooms at pool as they were being restored .

I am glad you enjoyed my second home from home. Sorry about the bathrooms at the pool. But they got damaged by the hurricans last year. Next time they will be all brand new. Looking forward to your return.

We always try to do our best; even if we are 10'000 Miles away. We try to provide our guests a home, which we would expect as Well, plus our condo is our second home from home. Thank you for reporting all the Things to us, so we could take care of it. Hope you will be back some other time.

Lovely accommodations

Condo was nice and roomy with a lovely view of the Gulf. The kitchen was supplied nicely and beds were comfortable.

Wonderful condo

Excellent in ll respects...clean, well furnished/supplied, comfortable. Building is similarly well maintained and situated on a wonderful stretch of Gulf beach perfect for walking, etc. Would have rented for same time next year but it was already booked.

Awesome!

Excellent place to stay. Place is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and appliances. View is fantastic. We will be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to stay

This is a great place to stay everything you need . The kitchen had all the utensils pots and pans. Lots of toys were left behind by other people who stayed which was great for the kids. The bad part was we had to leave.

Beautiful Indian Shores

This was a very comfortable condo in a beautiful setting. It’s located in a convenient, laid back neighborhood. The views are amazing! The owner has kept everything up to date and we will definitely return, if he’ll have us back.

Paradise!

The unit was lovely! We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and took advantage of the new gas grills on the patio. The condo was well appointed and clean. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Excellent residence

Fantastic unit with fully appointed kitchen with more than you could possibly need. Unmatched view; direct oceanfront. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds! Very nicely renovated baths. Cannot wait to rebook!!

Beach time

There was construction on the weekdays of our stay. We may not have selected this unit if we had known. The unit was clean, well furnished and supplied. The beach is steps away, not too busy and very relaxing. Pool and grounds are well kept.

Nice property

It was a shame they were tarring the roof while we were there and working on the air conditioning. Otherwise, the property and experience was nice, just what we needed.

I am sorry about that. But the last hurrican damaged our roof very badly and it had to be replaced. They also had to reinstall the AC units.

perfect location for a relaxing getaway!

Check in info was accurate and easy. Everything was clean and comfy. All we had to do was pick up some groceries and start enjoying ourselves! Perfect view from the balcony down to the Gulf. Plenty to see and do in walking distance, and shopping and other attractions were well within 30 minutes, most were much less. Wonderful, relaxing beach vacation in spacious and well kept accommodations!!
