Great condo. Our second time staying there. Building got a refresh which is great. Enjoyed the new patio area and bbq pits. Owner is very responsive and is the cleaning crew. We'll be back again.

Amazing stay!

This was our second year in a row, staying at this property, and I can honestly tell you and hasn't disappointed. The location is perfect. The condo is clean and has everything we need. The view is unbeatable and check in process was flawless.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Quite and relaxing environment.

The condo was perfect for our family. If you want a vacation with a beautiful ocean and less crowded beaches, this place will be a great place to stay. We loved our time in Indian Shores.

We are aware of the building TLC issues and are spending over $3.5 million on refurbishment of the property. We have already made substantial upgrades since your visit with the creation of a fabulous garden and seating area, that also includes a new outdoor kitchen. We have repainted the building and refreshed all of the west facing (Gulf side) balconies. An updating of the attached rec room is underway and will be completed this spring (2026). I hope you will come back and experience the changes.

Great vacation

Great condo for our vacation. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, pool and hot tub. Owner was responded timely to our emails. We would stay here again

Great room

This room was really nice and comfy. Seems pretty updated, had everything we needed and all the beds were comfy. Great views, we really enjoyed this room.

Great condo and enjoyed our stay

We spent a week and had a great time. The condo was very clean and great communication with owner. Loved the view from the balcony and loved the balcony closet with the skim boards, beach toys and chairs to use.

Family Vacation

We loved stay at Indian Shores Beach. The condo was perfect, just as presented in the listing. The balcony was a fabulous spot for morning coffee and manatee watching, direct beach access and the pool were great! Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful beach getaway

Staying here was a dream. It was clean and hospitable. The upgrades of this condo make you feel like you’re staying in luxury. I am super happy with the trip and hope others enjoy it too!
