Thank you for your stay, and we hope that you enjoyed the amazing location and everything else that this unit offers. I am very sorry to hear that the sleeping arrangements did not work out for your group as you had hoped. A set of bunk beds was not removed from this home, we simply replaced a bunk bed that had 4 twin beds with a much safer bunk bed. The new bunk bed is a twin over queen and twin trundle. This change happened as a safety improvement as the previous top bunk was 9 to 10 feet off the ground. The new setup still sleeps 4 the same as the previous. With this change, we added a pull out sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. This is the reason that the bed count did not change. We removed 4 twins, and added 2 twins and 2 queens. When I spoke with you on the phone, I mentioned that the new bunk bed had a trundle as well as the pull out sofa. You seemed as though you did not realize this and said that you would check it all out. I asked you to let us know if you had any further concerns once you were able to check out the beds that we discussed. We did not receive any additional phone calls so assumed that the setup had worked for you. We actually purchased a couple air mattresses to ensure that we were ready if you had further concerns. Unfortunately your desired remediation to switch you to a much larger unit with a separate bed for each of your 11 guests was not an option as all of our other units were occupied.
