Centrally located near shops, restaurants, parks and just a short drive from the gorgeous sands of Huntington Beach, this newly updated home is the perfect spot for families & friends to have some fun in the sun!

With 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, groups of up to 8 can stay in comfort, keeping cool with the central AC and entertained with our smart TVs and foosball, and board games. There is also a large sofa and an extra queen mattress under the bed.

Early check-in sometimes available pending schedule - $50-75; late checkout can be reserved for partial day rate

Message us if you need anything. The Host is LOCAL , works nearby and resides in a detached unit at the far end of the lot, No privacy concern as the unit has a separate access from the back alley and a 6 foot privacy wall separating the buildings.

Fantastic location to central HB

The location of this home was ideal for our baseball tournament and allowed to be close to all the extras that come with Huntington Beach - the beach, Main Street, Bella Tera and other OC beaches. The house itself was extremely warm and inviting. We felt extremely comfortable during our stay!

Enjoyed our visit

The house is very spacious… Our party of eight had plenty of room. We loved the sunroom where the dining room table is… And that backyard is huge and great for hanging outside. Kids enjoyed the hammock.🤗

Family Wedding

The property and location were perfect for our family looking for a place to stay and get ready for my sister’s wedding! We were just about 10 minutes from everything we needed to do from rehearsal, ceremony and beach day at Sealegs. Highly recommend this home.

Newly Renovated Huntington Beach 4-Bedroom House

There were 8 of us family members & we were very comfortable in the 4-bedroom house. The house was very bright, sunny & clean. There was plenty of seating, both inside & out. The house has the perfect layout. We were so happy to have made the choice of this house over getting 4 separate rooms at a hotel. We would all stay there again.

HB Property

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a bigger family. It is located on a busy street so you can hear the car noise in the bedrooms. There were no extra blankets that we could find so if you get cold you should bring some with you. The beds are also pretty firm just as an FYI.

Spacious, cozy, clean property

This is a great property for a large family. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. I wish there was some more spices, olive oil etc so just buy those things if you want to cook more. Note, you will need to drive to beach about 10-15 minutes away. Disney was about 30 minute away. Great overall option if you need a place in the area.

Fabulous venue

This house was perfect for the 5 of us. A great location from which to explore the south coast, convenient to Disneyland, shopping and restaurants, easy to drive from LAX. Key features we enjoyed: Responsive host. Always answered quickly and thoroughly. Clean, bright, spacious house. Welcomed after a long journey. Parking. Large private parking area was great. Room to entertain. We were able to host family and friends after our days out. Worry free stay. Would happily recommend this property and host to family and friends.

Great Stay!

We booked this house on MLK weekend somewhat last minute, when few options were available. But what a gem it was! We had a wonderful stay (even through a rainy/cold weekend). Most importantly, the host was extremely responsive to the couple of questions we had both in the lead up to and during our stay. Well deserved 5-stars. Due to the weather, we didn't use the sunroom and outdoor space as much as we had hoped (the sunroom didn't seem very insulated). But the living room + kitchen area ended up being plenty of space for our group to hang out in the mornings and evenings.

Cute house

This house is true to the pictures. This house has kids in mind and is well equipped for their presence. It is located about 5 to 10 min from and beach and centrally for all the places we needed to go while there. The house was clean. Check in was a bit tasking. But Mitch was very responsive.

Great place for a group of friends

Spent 3 days with friends and really enjoyed the status. Beautifully decorated and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Lots of conversation areas. All the kitchen conveniences and super clean. Really happy we picked it!

Home away from home

I’ll start by saying the owners went above and beyond for our stay. They bought a brand new packnplay so I wouldn’t have to travel with mine, they were able to give us an earlier check in, and there was great communication throughout the stay. This home was in a great location with the beach just 5 min away, Disney 22 away, Santa Monica Pier 45 min away, Hollywood took us 1hr but if you know LA you know you’ll be stuck in some heavy traffic. There’s an “In n Out” 5 min away! Along with other restaurants down Beach Blvd. and you’re also close to Target/Walmart/Sprouts. We loved everything about it and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great place for easy access to beach, friends and shopping.

Cute home... was perfect for my family!! Perfect location! The house was super clean. I would definitely stay at this home again. The property management were very prompt on communicating and instructions with the house.

Great family friendly play

Really nice place, pictures are very accurate, you can tell it’s been updated and has some good family friendly touches. We loved the sun room especially and the games and toys were a great touch. The parking situation was a little tricky the first time but was easy to get used to. Pretty centrally located, few minutes from the beach and about 25 mins from Disneyland. We’d stay here again. I’d recommend bringing beach towels though!

Highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of staying at this venue recently and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was as described. I loved the newness of everything and it was evident that the owners really take pride in ownership and care about their customer’s experience. Response time was amazing! Perfect house for a family trip

We had our combined family of 8 stay comfortably in this cute and newly renovated house a few miles from the beach!. The house was very clean and hosts were very responsive!
